Won again, heading into tomorrow as the 1 seed, all the kids played well, son had a nice hit to right center with the bases loaded, he ended up scoring on an error to clear the bases!

Won last night and this morning game, at Clarence high school for game 3 (alt site due to rain today), playing on turf for the first time.

Well back at it in buffalo for a weekend tourney, hopefully they can bring home some trophies after a lousy semi finals loss last weekend.

Awesome stuff as always. An idea on a larger scale, their use to be a carved Indian ( head to toe) that probably stood 7-8ft tall (going off memory) in Avon yrs ago that was pretty cool.

Lost the game leading up to the championship. Kids couldn't catch a break, son hit twice both pop fly's, not much hitting on our end. Have to say I'm exhausted for sitting in the sun for 2 days.

Won 10-0, so now waiting till the next game at 1:30. Son is #10

Little foggy this am, hung out and had drinks and got to know some of the parents. 9am playoff game, if they keep winning will be here all day.

Won again, son hit well. Had one pop fly just behind 2nd base that was caught all others were base hits

Won this am's game, we were down 8-0 and the kids scored 9 in the bottom of the 5th, son hit well today, he's feeling more comfortable already. On to the next game this afternoon.

Grand island, near buffalo. They won tonight, son went 0-2 ground out and struck out. Wasn't his best but I know he was super nervous about playing with new kids.

Made it to the hotel, I'm super nervous for my son, he's new to this team and competitive baseball. He's super nervous too, hopefully he shake's it off once the game gets going!

Well lost the last 2 games, 1 of those by lousy coaching. Son finished 4 in batting avg. He had the highest obp, so not to bad. This team is done so now he moves on to his travel team and will be at a tourney all weekend in Grand island.

As expected we lost last night, kids did pretty well and the game went further than I thought, son played well. I guess there are playoffs at some point but I'm happy it's about over and can focus on the tourney team for the summer. His team had some interesting personalitys that made the last part of the season super annoying to watch.

2nd to last game for the mcbr team. They won easily tonight, son pitched a solid 3 innings giving up 1 hit, 3 walks and no runs. At the plate he walked lined out and hit the top of the damn fence. Poor kids had I bet 5 balls that were almost over this season. Last games tomorrow against a much better team than us, hopefully they can make it close.

Yeah it seemed like the rain stayed just south of the Thruway. It didn't stop raining here till like 5 pm. When we called to cancel the game the league cord was shocked we were calling it.
