the rain and wind is my fault. Spent the afternoon cleaning up the leaves in the yard and washed the expedition and silverado, so naturally it all went to sh!t overnight. Cams dead in 8F overnight and this morning. Cousin went out in the rain in 7J and didn't last long in the morning storms. Stay safe everyone.

wow got some sand in your slit huh? It was a general observation. I didn't start a new thread and make a big deal about it. You've been here a long time and so have I. My opinions are pretty well documented and if you paid any attention you'd know I couldn't care less what guys use. But yes, I didn't think as many guys rocking a true piece of archery equipment and who own and use one for the first month also have another one that they switch to. My comment isn't aimed at the crossbow only guy, but those that switch when the season starts.

I used to. It was an absolute honey hole that I would just hunt lightly so I didn't spook deer. Some 140+'s would show up on cam and more doe than I knew what to do with.

You can feel that way, but that doesn't change the fact that those were and have always been the rules. It's not a new rule put into place in an attempt to be politically correct. They were put in place years ago so that this site would be welcoming to youth and family friendly. So you may disagree that the speed limit on the 90 is 65, but that doesn't change the fact that it is still the law.

man, that thread was my 2nd favorite thread to visit after live from the woods... mostly because it was raunchy haha. That said, rules are rules. My only gripe is that some rules don't seem to be enforced at all, while others are but only sometimes when the 1 mod left is around to do so. All this could be solved by adding another mod or 2. But the forum owner is pretty absent so I have little hope for that. After all the main page has us getting ready for the 2019 hunting season.
