when I teach a class I will bring at lest 6 to 8 of my own guns to show the class I will go over loading them and how the action's work I also go over black powder how to load shoot and on all guns how to use open sites peep sites and scopes I try to get them to understand all aspects of the gun so when the levee my class they know how the gun operates

I teach 6 class a year 3 or them in the CAMP SITE SPORT SHOP in Huntington the next 3 I are in the ISLIP TOWN RANGE at the range they all shoot a 22 I try and get every one to shoot 5 rounds wish I had time for them to shoot more

THE banding for black ducks

got one life member slow day busy in the Am slowed down in the pm I left one hour early this was a long island very small event I am with western Suffolk chapter we are doing a dinner April 4th in Bayshore at captain Bill's there is a banding going on for black ducks Mach 16 the D.E.C. land

I went to the decoy show for ducks unlimative stared good but slowed down by the afternoon. I packed up and left at 3;15 pm Papabear

so this Saturday is the decoy show at IBEW I will be there at the ducks unlimited table who is going to be there this Saturday? Stop by and say hello

Too many to list My first deer taking the goose that was cupping as I was doing my first goose call's But one of the funniest one was replacing the shell's in my friends gun on his first duck hunt with used shells him shooting and pumping the gun yelling he got it then saying your right I never felt it go off he was so proud of his first kill with an empty gun we didn't tell him till after he got his bufflehead back from the taxidermist papabear

Me too I stopped when they changed every thing around on there site my wife signed me up as a life member about 30 years ago I use to get things to test from them but there all garbage and they stopped sending to me I did get a set of there books 25 years ago back then they were realy good I still go to books when I need to find some information papabear

had the same thing once we used an 8 foot aluminum boat we tided a rope to one tree went tough the handles of the boat to another tree and just pulled our self across the stream worked grate

when I got the 45 the barrel was all rusty took me about 3 days to clear the rust out of it I don't know how much damaged was done to it . I have a 50 cal. Hawkins that I hunt with the 45 I will use for my hunter safety class's papabear
