I know he wont tell you so I will, last year he sent up a very large box of stuff for my kids that he received through his work. It was a real nice thing to do, he knew what my wife had been through and were going through the last couple of years and wanted to help.

I would look at tread design on top of all the other stuff. I love my Bogs but if its slippery I leave them home because they don't have an agressive tread or great ankle support which is important to me when I'm still hunting a long distance.

And how would you know what I see and shoot? Not all of us grab a phone for hero shot's and run to the net the second we shoot one or see one you know. As far as passing judgment and being negative? In order to be a killer you would actualy have to kill a deer.

No any one that claims to be a hunter that doesn't even attempt to cut their own deer up ever.

I can see why guys that only kill a deer once a decade are ok shelling out money to a butcher but I would go broke paying for a butcher every year.

I have a business idea, for all the wimps on here. Just call me and steve up and we will come gut and drag your deer out and then butcher it up on the spot for you. That way you don't have to worry about chipping a nail or getting mud on your pink four wheelers and god knows you wouldn't want to get any icky blood and guts on you. We will even walk you to your stands in the dark so you don't have to be scared of creatures that go bump in the night. I can see using a butcher but I can't see not ever trying to do it on your own, it doesn't take that long and can be fun with a group of guys hanging around joking. Try it you sissys!

It was a throw back joke from "Jimmy Big Time" which is a hunting comedy show on tv. I don't know if it's still on because we canned cable a long time ago. Ah well joke wasted

Congrats fellow 4F hunter! So far our sightings at our mountain are low, they still haven't cut the corn and hopefully they move in when it gets colder. It might be tough to even fill a permit there this year.

I was on such a steep incline Saturday I had thoughts of dropping one and seeing if I could get it to roll down to my brother gathering leaves on the way like a snowball in a cartoon. I decided not to because I would have had to use my orange vest to wipe and being frugal I would have worn it out of the woods so as not to waste a good vest.

You have to go by another guys stand at least, maybe lean against his stand to leave him a surprise.

I tell you what, PM the names and address's of the offenders and I will turn them in, that way you are guilt free and all the drama can be put to rest.
