Hill Farmstead Society and Solitude #6 for a job well done. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

I have two processing under a weighted down Rubbermaid tote in the backyard and another still sitting in a pot ready to be beached outside the back door to the house. most recent one is from 2 seasons ago. i'm paying to have the next one done. not because it's gross but just a PITA allocation of my time.

better QC it first. i'm almost never perfect.

unless things change with this chaos going on local "farm stand" needs help, so i'll probably buy already started plants off him. Don't have time right now with work schedule and restarting construction at the house once this all breaks. Full garden isn't likely. pre started plants in 5 gal buckets on the back deck will have to be the route again this year.

Crappyice: [turning on the camera] "video log. non-essential employee quarantine day #17. it seems I can no longer taste the difference between good and crappy beer is. everything to me now tastes like a Lysol and piss cocktail. maybe I didn't wash my hands. I can't seem to remember. Forget Rona, all might be lost here in Westchester. Crappy out." [turns off camera] Me: hang in there Crappy! Stay with us man! Help is coming! ...maybe when the VT beer dries up further up here in the northcountry, but we're coming! hahaha

Not difficult. Melt cord end to a point to feed it through with a small pick or paperclip to pull it from the center hole of the end cap. Honestly I've tossed the clamp right on strings directly. Doesnt seem to cut strings or move. Fine tuning and all that the clamp is easier to deal with in my mind versus leaving wiggle room at rest knob with other end served into cable. Whisker biscuit has its disadvantages. Whiskers wear out to an oblong hole if you shoot enough. The newer versions with more rugged whiskers on bottom doesnt allow you to turn nock for tuning and clearing cables as well. Vanes get beat to hell making you use the hair dryer more and more, especially with more aggressive offset or helical. In certain conditions the arrow being drawn across the whiskers makes noise enough to hear with close encounters. Not trashing them. Used them for years. Just better options now IMO. I have various versions of QAD brand rests. Hunter (cheapest option), HD, HDX, and branded HDX. All work well and have not yet worn out through idk how many thousands of shots. Taking them apart at the shaft rubber end cap is not something you want to do but you should never have to. Bounce back (hunter model) and timing could be an issue but I havent had a problem. Even with my wife's bow that's slower than most of mine. I use the cable clamp just fine. No need to serve them into your cable. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

I've heard axis deer is way up there on the scale of venison to try. Not sure how much of that has to do with many of them being taken in Texas with supplemental feeding vs native ground around india. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
