I have 6 pens of about 6 acres total. I have 24 deer total right now. I breed my own deer with straws of other deer across the country. I raise them from fawns. So far my bucks have all been sold as breeders to other farms across the country or sold as fawns to new farmers. The only hunting that goes on here is on our 700 acres and there are no fences.

I know the people that own the farm. I dont believe they would get involved in something like this. The pics of bucks eating at a feeder on a high fence hunting operation probably does not shine the best light on their operation or high fence all together but to be involved in something like this... I dont believe it!!!

What part of the state are you from? She is thin. She might have had trips and that used her up this summer but i doubt that. I would take her to dec and let them look at her and they will take a sample to test her. They will issue you a new tag im sure!! Better safe than sorry!! She should be fat and full of loins!

First...I am not a anch and dont do hunts on my farm. Only on the 700 acre free range. Second i sell a 200in buck for anywhere from 4 to 6 grand. And thrid... I knew it was a joke....THIS TIME!!!!

Dont even go there buddy. This one was pulled over my eyes like everyone else. I do know the land he said he shot it on as its real close to me and its some awesome property. As farm as the farm it was taken. Yes i believe i know. As far as killing it at my place.....Nope still a little small for my 2yr olds. Anyways it does not help huntimg or deer farms!!!

Public record (facebook..lol) Says that the hunter has pulled his request to have it entered in the books and lower jaw proves it to be a 2yr old buck!!!! Very big write up. With others being brought to the so called kill site, with no signs of a kill found. Everything but a fess up as to it being taken on a ranch. Its to bad! Always have your cell phone ready these days and yes if you kill a big one.....Call the Pope!

They are saying it was!! It would be no problem if he shot a deer on a ranch. You dont need a tag to do so! The problem would be when he signed the papers to record it as a a record!! If he did so!! This would be a bad deal for the hunter and the ranch involved, If the ranch owner knew what was going on. Like i said, I have not got the full story yet of what went down. Im sure antler will hear some of the story with him being around alot of the top bucks taken. Maybe its just people throwing words around and they are checking his story. Can only hope its a legal kill.

Well today i get a phone call from a hunting partner of mine. He is a watertown cop. He says dec came into the office with 3 other officers and they had the rack in their truck. They say they confiscated the rack and that it was shot on a farm up in the area where it was claimed to be taken. Im not sure of all the details. I do know the land that it was claimed to be taken and it is some awesome land. I hope its not true and im sure more news will be out soon. I do hope this is not the case but i guess they are doing some heavy investigating of the hunter and the farm that they say it was shot. Lets all hope it legit.

Nice buck but still to small fo me to breed with. I like pushing the 180s as yearlings!! Word on facebook says that it was a farm deer taken up in that area. I know the land that they say it was taken from, Jacobs road, Outside of Watertown and its some great property!! If it is a farm deer and they went to this extreme to try and pass it off as legit. Well, Lets hope thats not the case!!

Better believe this one boys. That buck came from an area about 10 miles from my farm!!!! So who wants to be the first smuck that says it must have got out?

At this point you are better off to do some research on it and then go back and reread these posts! Then you will see how much alot of these guys dont know. Like body fluids that some are eating that have had research done and thought to be an outlet for cwd. When you get done you will have more knowledge than 99% of these dipsticks!!!
