    Seems we have a few yet to mature as hunters, Can only hope not as people as well!

    Had a mature 7pt with broken G2 follow my drag right to my tree tonight on our farm that borders Letchworth. Also had 3 yearlings run right over the drag and never even slowed down so i believe now its kinda up in the air but you can bet i will be using a good bit of Pure Heat the next couple weeks!

    Pure Heat! 100% Doe in estrus in her 58 to 63 hour breeding cycle.

    I just read where they have down graded the storm for Ny. Still some wind and rain but not near what they thought it was going to be. Sunshine back on tuesday. Bucks will be back to normal in a day of two!

    If i am on the park, I am on the bottom. I dont hunt the park untill the time is right and if there are guns involved, You wont see me anywhere near the road. In the daylight!!

    Not sure on that one but i do know dna testing has shown does giving birth to twins with two different sires! Thats behind wire. In the wild i guess it could happen if you had enough bucks. I know this past weekend for me if the one doe that was being drove nuts by the four yearlings chasin her would have been in season and would have stopped, She might have had four payin child support.

    Its called a freemartin i believe when you talk about cows and i know it has never happened on my farm or have i ever heard of it on other farms when you talk of deer!

    There will be a group of us in cabin 8 from the 3rd till the 10th and cabin 10 from 10th through 24th.

    Dont worry, You jay and the boys are all set for the cabins! We have cabins from Nov 3rd till Nov 24th. I would say we will have a blast again this year..And darts at the strip club...Yeah that will work.

    No not yet! We have a farm that borders the saftey zone down near the park police and the pool area! The little guys are out in force drivin the ladies nuts. Oh and most fawns that i saw were alone or with another. Never seen a doe,fawn combo come through.

    Had a great couple days in the park area myself took a fat doe, Saw 33 deer, Some could have been the same as they were being chased by 7 different bucks. All little guys except one fat 2yr old 8pt. He was nice for sure, Maybe 15in inside and 8in tines but he only had maybe 1in brows. Put out my Pure Heat and 4 of the little guys followed my scent trail right into my kill zone. Give it a couple more weeks and look out! Problem is they are calling for 70 degrees this weekend.

    I would say its take it out on sight. Farmers need to keep their...Livestock.. Behind the fence! I know at times some assclown cuts a fence and lets them out but any other reason is unacceptable. I would take it out without a second thought.

    That will help for sure!! I just say they have to much rubber on the road for all that power with 20s. The choices are gettin better with tread design now. Back just a year or so ago you only had like 3 choices in tread design for the 20s.

    You might want to check with the dealer. Mine came with free Sirius for the first year! Nice lookin truck and it looks like you got the 17in tires, I hope you did! The 20s i had on my 2011 and they sucked, Winter was in 4wd like every time it snowed!

    I bought a 2012 last year with 29 miles on it. I pulled trailers to Pa, Ohio, Michigan and Iowa... Awesome power in that hemi.

    Let a nice 2yr old 6pt with no brows pass by at 6pm, Then a 2yr old 9pt pass by at 6.20pm. Probably should have took the 9 as he was huge body and 9inch tines. Kinda dont want to burn tags before i hit letchworth this week!!

    Hope im wrong here but i believe the noise you heard was of him in pain!! Trust me after raising deer for 17 years i know deer do feel pain and react to it with noise and body movements. I believe you hit him high either through the loin or just enough across the back to cut him. Good Luck either way but i think that buck will live to see another day!

    You also have to remember.. They have no gun hunting when the rut is on. I believe they also only get one buck per season. There is a huge difference in those states and Ny!

    First think you should do is throw away the bottles of p that are no longer anything like p and get yourself some fresh scent. Then go out and give them he!!.

    It kinda looks like a mount i have seen before. Foot up. Tail straight back with a curve up. Hard to say either way. Cat dead center of the pic?
