Good round easy to find ammo right now and ammo isn't too pricey. I have 3 friends that use them and they all love them. You can pick up a rugar American for around 350 give or take

not the best for deer fox coyote and woodchucks? What the heck do you use it for then?I hunt with a .243 and would never second guess taking a shot on a deer as long as it was a safe shot. worked fine on this guy. Didn't drop in his track but didn't make it out of sight either

Wait on the 9 k tag last year 3 guys who hunt with me in 9k didn't get tags then they got them in the mail a couple weeks before the season started. And they still got the preference points

I'm sitting by the fire minding my own business when all of a sudden I hear a snort. I look up abd see a doe at about 15 yards in my front lawn. I think I found my new hunting spot lol

I sighted my rifle in at a 100 thinking in my woods no way would I ever take a shot that far. The buck I shot last year the second shot on it was 130 yards so you never know so what ever you do sight it in at make sure you know what you shot does when you shoot beyond that shot

Big box stores don't carry top of the line bows. I was just wonder why big box stores don't carry boy like Hoyt's Mathews Athens ect ect.

I agree with the rare phase. Personally If I shot it I would have done a full body mount but that's my opinion

It was all grayish silver in color no brown what so ever

Now I know there are white deer and piebalds but has anyone ever seen a silver deer? Last weekend I stopped at my taxidermist to pick out my pose and he was working on a silver buck. I thought it was a mule deer at first. Just wondering if anyone else had seen or shot a silver deer?
