I banged through 2 hind quarters and a neck roast(actually made two 5 pound roasts it was so big) tonight from the buck I arrowed last Friday. Tale of the tape: 10 pounds of neck roasts(bone still in) 13 pounds of clean meat from each leg ——left the football roasts (pot roast was great recently) and all the major roasts whole for now in case I decide to to corned venison again- if not they get sliced for cutlets. Personally, I think Belichick is one of the greatest football minds out there and really enjoy listening to him. He sees things that no one else does and capitalizes on what he finds. Anyone watching the NFL 100 all time time? Great (and sad) to watch what the game used to look like. The running backs of the last are tremendous. Not sure we will ever see the consistent performance of someone like. Barry Sanders again due to the speed of defensive players. He made people look silly and played at a different speed. I just did yesterday. Cutlets pounded thin - breaded, fried, sauced with mozz under the broiler. I also like the same cutlets with capers, red cabbage chopped hard boiled eggs and spaetzel ... haven’t made that in years but may be coming soon Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
