    Found this old hanger cleaning out attic. Its from the old Augustan Hotel 1874 to 1970 in Cobleskill, NY. President Teddy Roosevelt spoke to a large crowd on the front steps in Oct. 13 1914. If this hanger could talk it could be interesting.

    Talking of steelies I have an Edwards quadrate in 8wt that I would like to know more about. I won this rod at a trout unlimited dinner in Elmira. If anyone can shed some light on this rod please do.

    Used to smoke punch cigars. My go to was the rancho but any would do. They went well with Pinch, Glenfiddich, or Famous Grouse. Any those were the days.

    Old fashions to start. Garden salad with crumble blue cheese and Italian dressing. Oyster stew with Italian bread and lemon meringue pie to finish.
