    PA cams still firing, following 3 doe, cam is 1 hour behind, since this 2 spikes and a 4 pt have followed same trail.

    Sunday morning pops got a 6 point. only deer we saw morning and evening, I was actually able to record it from my blind which was cool. wont be out again till thurs both my doe and his buck are hanging in the garage and i gotta take care of them after work.

    Pops and I heading out in 7s tomorrow, was quite a bit of pressure in 7p where we were and the deer were on edge this evening. Saw a spike and doe but dad ain’t comfortable shooting 400 yards.

    7p doe down at 7:20. Dad had a few come by but had him pegged and let them walk.

    Taking the Howa 308 out tomorrow, putting my dad in the stand I saw 23 deer from Sunday in 7p, we both have doe tags this year so game on. He will shoot any buck too, I’m selective. Bought a millennium m300 tree chair so I can move around comfortably on 400 acres.

    Tomorrow morning will be my last bow hunt, going to a 200 acre property I just got 2 weeks ago and have no clue what to expect. Tons of tracks with trails and very thick off some standing corn and fields. St a stand the other day.

    Just made a mad dash to my stand behind my house. Not expecting anything but what the heck why not the wind is right.

    Pulled an all day sit today, constant deer came by 10-30 yards this am only for fawns and spikes( 13 total) nothing 10-2:30 pm, then 8 deer came outa no where at 3pm small 8 chasing a small doe, and a spike. 21 deer in total and about 50 turkeys! Had to yell at a doe to get her to go away at dark, she just stood at 30 yards while I walked out. I’ll be putting my dad in this stand sat morning.

    doe and fawn just came by at 5 yards in a hurry, so I finally get to stand up and pee cause the buttons followed them. Mid stream nope they’re at 20 yards and don’t have a clue. Watching her back trail now

    Big buck chasin 2 doe at 7:30, 2 doe and two buttons came to 30, does busted buttons stayed and are asleep

    This evening I brought the buck decoy, this was the only deer I saw, puffed up to it and circled it twice.

    Gonna hunt the am if the West wind is true behind my house since the kids don't have school. Probably the only place ill shoot a doe before gun season. Also theirs a giant 10 pt in there so yah never know. Ill be hunting sat am and sun somehwere.

    PA cams have a ton of chasing today at the moment, shot my pa buck Friday. NY car deer collisions are all times of day just picking up which usually means chasing.

    Martins 10% permethrin concentrate, dilute 19-1 with water. way cheaper. Never gotten a tick hunting. however I moved a stand Tuesday and had two of them on me with regular clothes on.

    small 4 pt and two doe last evening, not bothering each other does worked to the green field along the creek. came 20 yards but i passed. their is a monster in that creek so im just waiting.

    Went out this am watch a doe and fawn graze from 6:30-7:30, once they left I rattled, on the second sequence a 1.5 5pt came sprinting into 25 yards. This evening made some venison sausage with Pasquale’s seasoning.

    We ripped around the whole PA property on the side by side and vacuumed out the blinds for gun season. Left pa at 3 pm, apparently this guy didn’t care. Ill be out in Ny tomorrow morning. Got a family lined up to take the next deer I get. By the way, their killing that rope “mock” scrape I made.

    Pa cams have been buzzing with bucks cruising, no chasing. I went down this morning looking for one of our 4 shooters. This guy has a broken ear and bad eye. 30 yard shot quartered away went 120 yards. 3 bucks came to the grunt call before 9:30am. The photos don’t do this deers body justice. He is massive, unfortunately I don’t have a scale but in the top 3 bucks I’ve shot for size.

    Saw light chasing this am, 10 deer total, nice 8 popped up on the cell came on the wrong trail 400 yards away at 9am. Then everything shut right down including on cams for the day. Saw one doe this evening.

    Out in pa today, nice young 9pt and spike. Now I’m watching them from the cabin with my buddies thermal. Bucks aren’t even bothering doe here yet.
