  2. I have the cva wolf with konus scope and ss set up in snow camo...love it Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  3. I practice estimating distances every day from shooting off my back porch to just walking around counting paces. (1 long step is a yard) been doing it for years and have come to be pretty good at it. Still planning on buying a range finder bc when your 20 feet up stuff looks a little different Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  4. Check belt...more than likely the problem Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  5. Your wrong...Obama has a few more months to seal the deal for Trump...it will happen I have faith Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  6. Man you are a waste of space in this country. Your a race baiting jackass just like Obama who wants to help raise the racial tension in this country along with make it a government dependent state. You are a worthless libtard troll who needs to get your head outta your ass and learn what this country is about. Read the constitution look at history. We need now more than ever a leader to take back our country and put you libtards back into whatever Dark lazy hole you came out of and get back to GUNS GOD'S AND COUNTRY don't like it leave TRUMP 2016 Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  7. I hunt the stateland in the fingerlakes alot and constantly shoot doe up there and have seen a few bucks...but here where I hunt down here the only places that get big bucks and a few them are around if you don't shoot anything for a few years and neighbors do the same. But most landowners kill anything and I do to so they don't live long and doe tags are scarce Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  8. 6 plus 4 of school Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  9. Well I've looked into the job market down there and the machinist market is strong right now competitive to what I make now...houses are expensive and so is land but taxes are lower as stated. Obviously I love the gun laws also. I'm worried about the heat bc I don't do well with that. I've been reading about hunting and trapping regs and man they seem goofy to me. I just worry I'll get down there and hate the outdoors they have. I love to trap and from what I've read seems like there's some hoops to jump thru there. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  10. Anyone here lived and hunted in SC NC TENN or GA....considering moving to greenville sc area or within a few hrs of there as my whole family is going. Just looking for in site on hunting and trapping as I'm sure the fishing is excellent Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  11. Nope had 3pp for 9x and got denied for first choice...did get 8n and will get 2 more Nov 1st....maybe I'll get one in the mail...doubt it I'm not that lucky lol Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  12. Shoot I wish I could have standards like that down here in so tier...bucks just don't survive down here bc there are no doe tags...I have 3 pp and got denied today...almost guarantees me on next year but still. Anything with horns is shot bc that's all we have to shoot...In the last 3 years if I see 1 or 2 bucks a season I'm doing good alot of guys sit all year without seeing anything legal to shoot. Luckily I hunt fingerlakes so it opens up doe hunting for me as well ass archery and ml. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  13. Awesome guns...I think alot of people underestimate just how accurate these are. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  14. Another thing I will say is that in the event you need to chance tirods or ball joints get the good ones there is a company that makes heavy duty once...they are worth every penny Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  15. Can't go wrong with a brute...I will say it is about the worst motor I have ever worked on in my life. I did a big bore 870 kit in my Buddy's for him what a pita. There is 4 timing chains inside that motor that are all but impossible to get in and out and setting timing on it is not fun either. But it's a beast and will throw you off the back without issue now lol Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  16. Been busy here too...working 10 hr days 5 days a week with an occasional weekend too. Getting ready for school year deer and trapping season. Havn't even gotten my Harley inspected this year. I have been riding it tho. Don't sell your bike even if it's 100 miles a summer still the best 100 miles you could as for Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  17. As most here have said leave it...I killed the only deer I got last year after I jumped it outta the goldenrod by my truck every time I got there....finally on time it must have decided it didn't want to move so I took 2 steps into golden rod it jumped ran stopped at 180 yards is and I put a 50 cal Thru the sweet spot....I'll never mow it if and when I buy land Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  18. I just switched to a single pin slider this year I love it will never go back...0_30 pin stays the same so perfect for hunting and I'm practicing at 60 and still have tons of room to go...have no doubt I could go to 100 if I wanted to they work great IMO Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  19. Mine hangs on Wall at foot of the bed every time I open my eyes I can see it to make sure it didn't run off lol Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  20. I still hunt all of gun season and alot on public land. My theory is if I see them wave and try and plan a route to my destination that may kick them a critter. Shoot I've had guys see me heading one direction and walk a few 100 yards from me parallel till one or another branches off. Actually pushed many deer to guys this way and have killed a few jumped to me. Like said don't walk loud if you feel your going to startle someone a quick bird like whistle will do nothing crazy. Another thing I have always done is if hear a shot on state land get situated for a few min. Let things play out if they missed the deer could be heading toward you or if there was more than one also. I've never had a problem on stateland and once sat right under a guy in a climber during bow season while I was on the ground...never even saw him Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  21. Awesome Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  22. I've got a 6 yr old who loves to shoot his nerf guns consistently hits 30 yards open sights with them and knows more about guns saftey than some adults i know can't wait to put a real firearm in his hands Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
