The only way I can see a pack rifle making sense is if the area that you're going to is so remote that there is no way to pack enough food or it's your tent gun for self defense while ur in bed and you put it away when u leave the tent. One of the guys I was talking to opened carried an AR-7 while hiking n poets ledge. He said that it's pretty remote and can be an animal deterrent he figured safe than sorry. He said he didn't think it was legal but he never sees a soul.

Who carries a firearm while hiking, backpacking, or camping? A few guys I've met carry take down rifles when backpacking and camping. If you do, what's your reasoning and if you don't what's your reasoning?

It's true. They can't possibly say that it doesn't apply to concealed carry without being totally hypocritical. I think I'll apply for my Utah carry permit.

I hit Harriman and it was great. I wanted to do the blue trail but the rain got a lil heavy so I took the red trail to the lake... BEAUTIFUL. Can't wait to get back.

I just posted something like this on my instagram. You have concealed and open carry in over 30 states so using their logic, my right to carry in every state should be respected especially since is been in the constitution for centuries.

At the end of the day taking the flag down will not end racism. It's not like ppl will say "oh the flag is banned now, let's all sing kumbaya". Racism is a mindset not a piece of cloth.

I agree with Elmo because some of the things he does spits in the face of common sense and other are done for pure shock value. If ur eating a bug, why would u intentionally bite it where the guts ooze out... shock value. Les uses straight forward common sense a majority of the time.
