  1. Lol yeah the laws in respect to guns are very different in NYC and Nassau than upstate. If I'm not mistaken 12 is the minimum legal age for all of NYC and Nassau. Or just move further upstate lol
  2. But if the can't legally go to the range until they reach a certain age, how are you going to teach them to shoot before they reach that age? Dry firing is one thing but it's nothing like hearing the report and feeling the recoil
  3. I didn't mean mark it for when ur not there. My comment was in response to NeverSeen's post. I meant a way to prevent them from walking past your spot while ur currently there.
  4. The reason I picked 12 is because the ranges around me won't allow her to shoot until she is 12.
  5. There should be a universally accepted sign that tells hunters that this area is being hunted. Like the old sock on the door to tell your friends ur "busy"
  6. Well I already teach my 8 year old daughter gun safety but she hasn't been allowed to handle on yet. She and I have agreed that when she turns 12 that I'll buy her a pink single shot cricket. She'll then learn proper and safe shooting habits from there.
  7. I love my henry but it's so pretty it became a safe Queen. I added skinner sights and only fired it about 10 times. I bought a Rossi m92 in 44 to hunt with and love it.
  8. I hate the fact that he died because of this but this was totally irresponsible on his part. You don't put a full auto sub machine gun in the hands of a little girl, especially one that's not a shooter. He lost his life and this poor girl is probably traumatized for life. http://www.buzzfeed.com/claudiakoerner/firing-range-instructor-dies-after-child-accidentally-shoots?s=mobile
  9. Have you guys seen this before? It says it lays out the boundaries of public and private land as well as the info of the private land owners. http://www.sportsmansguide.com/product/index/hunt-premium-statewide-sd-chip?a=1672810
  10. I'm naturally curious so I'm full of question plus it seems to get people participating.
  11. That's why I wanted something like these. I figured these would be more concealable.
  12. “Tienda Exclusiva by Willy Herrera” giveaway at http://t.co/6xKG8tGs8r @herreraesteli

  13. Happy Birthday. You seen truly blessed
  14. Why does Iggy have the I hate you face? Are you mad @IGGYAZALEA ? Lol... #vma

  15. I would love to be able to do that but I don't know if I have the patience.
  16. With the proper ammo it can be loaded for fox to elephant lol
  17. Lol i know but 2 guns gives a lil more leeway than the one gun thing so I figured people won't rip each others heads off
  18. I know the one gun thing has probably been done but I was wondering.... If a law was passed only allowing the possession of 2 rifle calibers for hunting, what 2 rifles would you chose and why?
  19. I agree. That's why I chose not to go to brookhaven. You can only shoot seated.
  20. Does anyone use something similar to this to mark their pre scouted spot in order to find it easy once the season starts? Seems like a decent idea.
  21. So the end of the AR means you can take a buck no matter the size of its antlers?
  22. Thanks Perchlake. I know that place. It's only 53 miles instead of 57 but they don't allow you to stand and shoot, that's why I opted for Calverton.
