So what should we read or listen to instead since Time is so liberal?? There is absolutely NO one in the media who is unbiased. It all depends on who people let themselves be brainwashed by and many here obviously prefer being brainwashed by the right. They are as gullible as those on the left. No difference actually I don't take any news medias word as gospel without researching it myself... I wanna hear people say what the news tells me they said... I wanna see them do what they tell me they did... just because anyone says anything doesn't make it so...and although a news organization is biased it doesn't mean that what they say isn't the truth... Time tends to speak about what they think instead of what is true... in my opinion thats is the same as what most liberals do...I get my news from many places .. Time just isn't one of them.

if hunting by the law isn't right .. then I guess thats true.. any discussion with some people is like beating a dead horse even if one is right. You need to go back also and look at where it all starts... usually with an opinion that is misread and blown out of proportion... I'm not sure how me being against shooting a deer before legal shooting time deserves being called any name except an ethical hunter.

Don't get me wrong.. I'm not against using live bait it is a very effective way to catch trout.. it just doesn't do it for me.. the tap tap on the line just isn't as exciting as when the trout comes out from under a rock or undercut bank and hammers the lure.. or explodes the water when they nab a dry fly.

That happened to be my weapon of choice for my kids when they were 10.. only the Daisies were available when I was 10

It always starts the same way... someone asks a question... people give their opinion and someone gets mad because they don't like your opinion and start name calling.. usually its because of the lack of comprehension of what was said by the individual calling the names... some guys just refuse to understand what an opinion is.. for example if my opinion is that certain counties shouldn't have rifle hunting.. some guys would start making comments that I hate rifles... when In fact that wouldn't be true and wouldn't be what I said at all.. you get the drift... I have no problem with someone opposing my opinion and offering up an explaination why... but if the explaination isn't vaild or untrue... then they should prepare to get called on it by the other members

Years ago I had 3 custom rods made for me by an old-timer who has since passed on... two 5' ultra light spinning rods and a lightweight 7' flyrod... I too went from 4# to 6# test for the same reason... I never fish with live bait... I use Panther Martin spinners of varying sizes exclusively ... and fish catch and release... except for one day a year where I fish a favorite spot in the Northern tier with a few friends and my sons.. on that day we cook up brook trout right there at the stream...a tradition that started about 20 years ago. I usually pass on fishing the opener due to the number of guys on the streams... and because it is usually too cold and the water too fast for spin fishing... the fish also are very lethargic and have a bit of trouble catching up to the lure in the fast moving waters.. May is usually when my opener starts.. for fly ishing and spin fishing

Nobody said that you poached a deer... but you would be a poacher if you shot a deer before legal shooting light

and again much like Rocket you would be wrong... and it would still be illegal in the eyes of the law... and in the eyes of many other hunters who hunt by the letter of the law... only reasonable to you and definitely not well founded... if those are your standards.. then you are a poacher... no differnet than the guy shooting the deer out of his vehicle at night with a spotlight... even if the time was changed to 5-10 minutes earlier than the present shooting light to accomadate your "well-founded" standard you would think it was ok to shoot 5-10 minutes before that.. and it never ends... the law wasn't written for you to decide what was the appropriate legal shooting time in your eyes... why don't we just make the law "when ever Burt thinks its a good time to shoot" and we'll all call you up to see when is the best time in the morning to start wailing away at the first deer we see...
