100 grain Jim Shockey Gold pellets out of my Encore. I've read some bad reviews since I bought them but I've had no problems and that bottle will last my lifetime

The theory I hear is they can see better so they are active and feeding all night, hence move less during the day. It usually happens around the "October lull" which maybe isn't a coincidence

I drag behind my atv with the head as high off the ground as I can. Don't see what the big deal is its not hurting the meat. I don't like getting blood baked on the exhaust. When I'm dragging by hand do I have to have the whole deer up off the ground??

i just drove from Cherry Creek to Clarence and only saw a handful of hunters, I was really surprised

I used to hunt state land on opening day, get in super early and all set up and here comes a flashlight. I'd shine my light at them and they'd see me and go ahead and setup right next to me anyway. This happened two years in a row. I finally got down and asked the guy if he enjoys having half his hunting cutoff or what, why not go another couple hundred yards??!! His reply was of course "I always hunt here". I told the guy to go ahead and get in my stand I have another and he proceeds to tell me it's illegal to hunt from a tree stand during gun season

this was exit but entry was exact same spot in the other side, he went about 40 yards and piled up. That's with a 150grn .270. I'll aim further forward in the future I'd like to anchor them in their tracks, especially opening day
