    I have never been checked since 1994. In NY statistically speaking you have zero chance of being caught breaking a game law without being turned in. Fishing I get checked but we are a little more concentrated, the steelhead/salmon spots, ice fishing etc

    Could be but there are literally dozens of shots before legal shooting. Count them yourself this year

    6:16 last year I heard the first shot, I couldn't see the ground yet and my stand was on a meadow/creek bed not back in the woods.

    I had one called a TSS, you climbed by hugging the tree, no top piece. It was terrifying. I try to avoid red oaks, they get slick and are hard as hell

    I just got back from a trip to the park with my kids, I had never been and I've lived here for 25 years. It's freaking amazing! I saw a lot of hunters trucks, how'd you guys do tonight? We did have a decent six or eight cross the main road in front of us but I don't think he was leaking!

    I used to put in 100+ but the past couple years I started duck hunting and I have to say it's been awesome. I wasted too many weekends in October hoping for a lucky buck before the good hunting started in November. This year I've had four really good duck outings instead and have been bow hunting hard since the 2nd of November.

    Just a couple of fly by geese, didn't see any ducks at all You can see the mojo hidden there, I pull it after it gets light. They tend to spook birds when they can get a real good look at them
