Grow, grow up. Your desire to hang on my every word and go off the deep end when I ask rational questions is concerning to me.
-
Or bait a hook for fish.
-
Wear your colors proudly Grow.

You really are testy lately. Just seems like you want to bring up argumentative points. I asked a quesiton to clarify your statement to see if you thought feeding was bad in all situations or legal situations, and you go off the deep end. You should relax a bit Grow. Cabin Fever.

I concur, because I'm not delusional.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion. I am entitled to mine. I do not believe in zombies, but I have zero problems with this effort. I also believe people who complain about this are lacking any ability to really think critically about this situation. Blindsided about the premise it is about a "zombie," they are people who can't see the forest for the trees... When running through academic exercises, sports practice sessions, military endeavors, the actual subject/content doesn't matter. It's the process that is being perfected. The zombie component is simply a by product. They could have done it on alien invasions, Jurassic Park breakout, or King Kong...and the whole purpose of the darn thing would be the same. Studying hypotheticals has been around since the dawn of academia, so I guess I don't get why people ruffle their feathers over it.

Cool, I just needed to know why you were making a blanket statement. Didn't know you were talking about NY specifically when you made that statement because it wasn't stated so. Easy enough.
-
They can feed deer legally and it's just a road distance law? Seems odd. I thought legally we couldn't feed (other than that law case in one county).
-
It is not the only way, it's just the only legal way in NY, right? Texas and many southern states have a pretty strong history of feeding deer that do not involve planting or woodlot work.
-
I hope so. People that model endemic/viral/bioterrorism situations are pretty darn smart in general. I like smart people working on deer studies. What do you think?

Grow, you are testy imo. Have some levity for petes sake. The only person riled up in this thread is you. -
The hijacking of the term" Liberalism"

Cockroach calling, liberal definition and ownership, net neutrality, and people too hard headed to admit they honestly think they are infallable. We almost covered it all. Almost. -
The black anise based stuff? Or the cherry, strawberry, etc.? My grandparents and great grandparents love the anise flavor and I can't wrap my head around it. That stuff tastes horrible to me.

I thought that once, too. Thankfully wife #2 is much better. A kid definitely impacts things as noted. Don't be naive that things won't change though. It doesn't change overnight...it's a slow gradual change and suddenly it hits you like a ton of bricks one day that life is vehemently different. Not a bad thing, just a thing. When I was 16, I thought I knew everything. When I turned 18, I realized I didn't know anything at 16, but I sure knew everything now at 18. When I turned 21, I realized I was dumb at 18, but thankfully knew it all at 21. When I turned 25, I realized I was really ignorant at 21, but finally a matured adult at 25. When I turned 30, I realized I didn't have my act together at 25, but had a sound situation at 30. I am 33 now, and realize just how far I have come from 30....See the pattern? Damn near every guy goes through it, whether they admit it or not.

Still haven't gone out to take a close pic, but I came across one I had of it, so I'll attach it. If you look at it, you'd swear it was cut off, but that's not the case.

It probably should be based on rules of the road, but it's dying a death now.

Who has a trail camera out in this snow?
phade replied to genesee_mohican's topic in Trail Camera Pictures
It's not so much the drain as it is the ability to work. Alkalines in this kind of weather might work on a warm (relatively speaking) day, but then not work for a few days when the temps were too cold, and then again, work a few days later when the temp rises. The joys of winter camming. I generally don't do much of it, although some very experienced users prefer leaving cams out all year to prevent issues (likely from condensation/temp/humidity changes from coming indoors). -
We were also allied with Stalin. So....

People seem to forget Mussolini was Italian.
-
Nah, this isnt really political. More historical. Lol.
-
And that was probably their goal. Slant it toward a model.
-
Mussolini in power in Italy was far right wing when he killed people and pushed fascism. Plain and simple, the guy is far right in any responsible consideration of the left-right spectrum. As someone who was certified to teach this content in each of the 50 states (I no longer keep that certification current), I never heard a compelling argument for him being a leftist. I mean, for example, in HIS OWN national newspaper, he is quoted across the spectrum of historical documents with stating this in reference to his nationalist/fascist policies: “The Socialists ask what is our program? Our program is to smash the heads of the Socialists.” ―Benito Mussolini The guy literally took a dump on socialists.
-
Eh oh...Mussolini a leftist? He's generally associated with being FAR RIGHT. Considering he pretty much coined fascism... fas·cism ˈfaSHˌizəm/ noun noun: fascism; noun: Fascism; plural noun: Fascisms an authoritarian and nationalistic right-wing system of government and social organization. synonyms: authoritarianism, totalitarianism, dictatorship, despotism, autocracy;More (in general use) extreme right-wing, authoritarian, or intolerant views or practice.

The third Saturday is Nov. 21 this year. Can't have a third Saturday be later than Nov. 21 unless they invent the 8th day of the week.
