    No chance #fromtheground (beat ya too it biz)? Wife just granted me permission to hunt tomory until 10am...that's 11am last week time woooooooodogggieeeeeee. Thursday I'm setting a big double ladder/blind combo on my lease for my dad by myself gonna be workout straight up a north face.

Unless people are physically hurting each other I think we all need to just give each other a break for a while...what is the end game here

    I don't have the knowledge and experience of you and your neighbors relationship or the particulars of what either of you do on your properties. You seemingly have a bunch of secondhand information that you believe as gospel. You are not giving him the benefit of the doubt and you are also talking out of school (on the internet) about what was told to you by people this neighbor otherwise trusts and has relationships with. "Ranting" about legal matters with your neighbor is not only untoward it's stupid as this is an electronic record of your "rant." Should anything crappy happen between you there is already "evidence" of your "harrassment" or whatver this "rich jerks" lawyer(s) wants to call it. Dont crap where you eat and love thy neighbor

    2 or coon hunting...had the cops called on us the only time my wife's 80 year old grandfather wanted to take me show me his new coon dog.... he coon hunted there over 60 years including the week prior.

    You posted on a public forum looking for warm feelings...you initially got them and I would still guess that the popular opinion is to rake this neighbor over the coals. Personally I take offense to this social media mob rule crap and I'm way more fearful of my kids growing up in the current environment of "hate thy neighbor love thy internet" than of anyone baiting deer.

    Wow quite a leap...someone diddling my children... or someone doing something (feeding wildlife) out of code here in NY on their private property, but not so immoral that it is legally done elsewhere. You are itchin for a fight with your neighbor go have one...don't muster up an internet outrage possie. You got limited evidence but do what you will...spend this time hunting maybe you'll score

    I know it's different then CWD... from what I understand though anytime they gather in any area that could be wet (midge habitat) there's a potential fir mass exposure

    My thought are why not give the neighbor the benefit of the doubt since you don't have proof. Im not being a smart guy I just think it's not really wise nor is it necessarily good for your psyche to hate this guy for something you think he did. I know neighbors and other hunters etc can be disruptive but I thinks it best to focus on your own hunting.

    Anybody see any deer coming in and out on a beat path...prolly where the corn is. Also they probably visit it mostly at night with the coons. Baiting is legal in other NE States like NJ and it is still pretty tough hunting. I personally would worry about my own business before I set the law on others but that's not the popular opinion. That said this EHD dropping deer in the dozens down in SE PA is a good reason to try stop bait pilers.

    I blew it yesterday #fromtheground but it was fun Tonight I had to resist the urge to stalk the lone doe who skirted by me at 40... I almost got down 3 times...then I remembered I wanted to actually harvest one so I sat tight each time...to no avail, boring
