  1. I know just like the last time St. Pats in Ireland, SXSW and Coachella were cancelled, an entire peninsula of Europe was locked down and cruises ships around the world being rejected at ports...nothing to see here
  2. In Italy where at the beginning one group of 5 brits gave it to an alpine resort they now have 16 million on a reasonable quarantine where of course you can go get your groceries but no you aren’t gonna “tough it out” in the subway for the big game.
  3. The Market is gonna close, you are fine with that, schools...what wimps. Obviously I understand the difference but shit This thing is uncontrollable other than in the sense you can easily protect yourself by just avoiding people. Is it fatal in this iteration...not likely but yeah one of the normal flu at risk groups, immune compromised oldies (50’s on this one gulp) but it’s possible it was 2 strains in China and luckily this “prissy” covid 19 is the common one... the more it spreads the more chances to mutate again and maybe start targeting another group USUALLY targeted by flu season...I got 2 and now you got 1 yourself, and my brother has a 4 day old preme in an incubator right now so I’ll worry a little if it’s ok
  4. Watched this making of video https://www.gumleafusa.com/ Expensive but ime in the rubber boot game it matters... Saw another Wellie maker with leather lined full zips...they look pretty comfy edit: I love how the older lady in the blue shirt just busts out that pizza cutter roller action, wonder how many times she’s done that move?
  5. Thinking for early season https://dryshodusa.com/product/southland-mens-hunting-boot/ these for late https://dryshodusa.com/product/nosho-mens/ how do these fit compared to mucks? i can try mucks on nearby
  6. Currently about 3500 deaths globally out of 100,000 reported cases as of today is 3.5% from reported which does not include untested mild cases (probably a large number) Still best to try not to spread it
  7. Gone thru 2 pairs of ruttmasters in 2 seasons, they all rip at the “reinforced” neoprene just above the heal. Im gonna check out the mucks and dryshods, maybe the burly Good thread!
  8. Alright guys just remembered this was still in the classifieds ha... Lowe boat is sold it can be closed up Edit: thanks nomad my wife makes all the bacon since my kids were born (lucky guy) and she is definitely happy to have a rig she’s comfortable to captain again
  9. My wife and I had 16’ monark suncaster pontoon w/25 mariner 2 stroke when we first moved to the lake 15 years ago and it served us well this is nicer and a 40hp merc fourstroke...Another good late winter score price wise i dont need to tell you about winter boat shopping!
  10. Thanks we are waiting on the title pull should be any day... Also decided to act fast on a good deal and this is better for this lake and my young ones right now: Like I said not a bad time to buy a boat
  11. Elevation is high but no...rolled the dice on the SPYPOINT just to test the cellular service at this parcel...so many no subject photos but atleast I’m getting them will go with a cuddesystem in the early summer
  12. Long legs on this survivor...wrong kind I know
  13. The boat is sold thanks for all the nice compliments guys
  14. My favorite part of 7J...no copperheads, probably no rattlesnakes (and atleast you know where they would likely be and hear them) and while I’m at it pretty much no black bears (dude in NJ git mauled right where I USED to hunt). I’m from pa grew up with them but uuuuugh. The land management work I used to do in Western PA was shady with snakes and again atleast you could see the dozens of timber rattlers on and under the rocks...copperheads, uuuugh I agree with biz about the severity but I am unsure if people can handle schools closed for a week which I think we may be on the verge of. Maybe not Also Hang Seng Index has been doing pretty good past 2-3 weeks seems like the cycle in China (economic and viral) has been stabilized obviously not in Europe
  15. Seems like Bernie not Corona was killing the market.
  16. My buddy said same thing that is a big one
  17. 7j 1800’ BTW this cam stinks going Cudde
  18. I like the old UA and the Irish Setter insulated because they are light have sneaker profile and heel pockets and fit nice around my tiny pretzel ankles...that said they combined cost $1500 over 5 years cuz they never last.
  19. Full rubber rand with leather/goretex boots and good gaiters get me through about 10” of creek crossing but not like rubbers. My issue is no store brands hold up more than a year especially rubbers...Ive worn light weight UA and Columbia, and redwing insulated but they all fail by season 2. Muck brand? These Scarpa have a full bow season under them and I wear them for a lot of other stuff, still like new.
