I got a dash cam, Lucas spray wax, hand warmers, pine candles.

My homemade lasagna, home baked bread. Jenn made mini cupcake cheesecakes. Had olives, roasted red peppers, muenster/extra sharp cheddar cheeses, summer sausage, and focaccia crackers for appetizers. Was a great day.

Ham, stuffing, spinach spanakopita, mashed potatoes, shrimp cocktail, corn, chicken, pecan pie, and chocolate chip cookies. No pics, this was over at Jenn’s Aunt/Uncle’s home.

Just last night around 1:30, i was awoke to a big crash, I usually do not wake up for anything. I almost hit the ceiling it startled me that much....so like a mad man I get up and cringe as I peak into my living room, honestly thought a tree hit the house. House was fine, so i pop thr outside flood lights on(have a tall dead standing pine close to the house that is on a tree services list to be dropped, was afraid that snapped), so i look outside and all is well. I’m standing there like wtf....heart pounding out of my chest, getting ready to check the backyard for trees, and to see if my trucks ok....as I hear “babe, it was the soap dish”. Ugh lol we have a full tile shower, with one of those suction cup metal soap dishes, well it had a new bar of soap and it fell off, I still can’t believe it was that loud! Lol. I sleep through everything too!

I have an Ariens Compact 24 as well, scooped it up new on sale when I bought my home in 2011. I do not sugar coat reviews, this machine has been very good to me, I do not live up in the lake effect regions, but down in the Catskills in hilly high-ish elevation. I work for a municipality so I do not get home until hours after snow fall ends. Driveway is 300’ and I truly have not had an issue where I could not clear my driveway. Next time around, I would go wider, and taller, but like I said I do not, and have never regretted it. We have Honda on tacks at work, and dad has an old old craftsman 8hp, he has an MTD too, they are all decent really for this area of NY. Once you get your first pass done, keep nibbling away if need be. However, buy once, and be done with it, they will last a long long time.

Ok thanks. here is the Blink system I use, great way of saving footage. The footage is decent, if you want to catch a license plate, not good. To catch a face, or what not, its again, decent...link below https://www.amazon.com/Blink-Home-Security-Detection-Included/dp/B071YPNMN1 i use these indoors, facing outside, good video quality, great motion alerts, however you need micro SD cards, and can be confusing to save footage without having an NVR. Also, no night footage if pointed outdoors through glass, screws up the IR through glass. Some systems, have wifi receivers that send the signal from a box thats connected to your wifi. If you place the receiver outside on the house, or in a place outdoors within wifi reception, that box will connect to the cam further out.

Fully wireless, have my eye on these... the blink systems are ok, fully wireless, but vid quality sucks over 25-30 ft away...also have Amcrest PTZ cams inside facing outside, they have better quality than the blink cams that are designed for outdoor use.... https://www.lorextechnology.com/hd-security-surveillance-camera-system/wireless-system-with-6-rechargeable-wire-free-cameras/LWF2080B-66-1-p the Amcrest cams are pointing outside a window, cell phone alerts and views, however saving the footage is a bit of a pain. The Blink systems, have a GREAT way of saving footage. Plus you can send it to another phone like a text.
