  1. I am actually looking into that streetlegal service lol
  2. I am in a similar situation as you. I just bought a brand new truck. I have a 74 mile round trip “commute”, but considering a corolla to beat around in, so that thing can take the wear, because I need the truck to last for trips/etc pulling the UTV/etc. I look at having a beater as more as saving your expensive vehicle, rather than the fuel savings, this way in 5 yrs it doesn’t have 120k miles, and not worth much.
  3. Chicken mozzarella roll, and a slice of saying broccoli rabe my favorite
  4. I have a TT Gunleather IWB with dual leather belt loops. I use it for my XD mod2 .45 supports it very well, no buyers remorse. I too prefer 4-5 o’clock, but a couple years ago had the itch for an appendix holster with dual clips, and wanted to try kydex. I decided on the brand Alpha Concealment, but the build quality is just fine, but I am not a fan of that carry position. My stomach is relatively flat, and it still just feels odd. I feel like the more of a stomach the wearer has, the more the gun will tip in, and point at you, just not a fan personally. My leather IWB below https://www.ttgunleather.com/product-page/slim-xc
  5. Thanks! Buddy is looking for a goose, can’t wait!
  6. Ohhh nice! If you got 5 yrs out of it with daily lawns, then I should be fine. I just will crawl up it rather than hot rodding like guys at work, lol. Thanks again!
  7. Thank you for the input, I will look into PJ trailers, I have not heard of them.
  8. I would want to go aluminum dump in your case too, I don’t mean to say the obvious, but I would just always try to load clean dirt prior to any good rocks if hauling material you dug up. I feel like the floor could puncture, and sink in between the floor supports easier with aluminum. That would be really more of my concern, but I always just try to take care of my stuff as best I can. My dad has a dump trailer he bought new in 09, he goes over it i think each spring, and touches up spots that start to rust, then brushes on thick paint. Winter up by you are far worse though, but he’s s been ok so far, but he too is considering selling while its still worth something. We both STILL can’t believe how much he uses that thing! my trailer is for a UTV primarily, and ATV, so the majority of its use will be in nice weather. I also will have it stored on stone, not in grass or over dirt. Like i said still not completely set on what to do. Like everything else, trailers are selling fast too.
  9. Thanks Mow, hey does that gate have a torsion type spring inside the gate? If so is that snapped? Or is it heavy from beefing it up? I am a Foreman for a Parks Dept, so we are in similar business, we had gates like this, you dread using the trailer because the gate is so heavy. Thanks for your input, I appreciate it
  10. Thank you, i am glad to hear that. I have been considering aluminum to be honest, but at that point I would pop for an enclosed. Speaking of aluminum, we have an Aluma brand at work for a few years now, idiots have overloaded it, etc, been flawless.
  11. I am in the market for a 7x16 tandem axle utility trailer. I have ran a 4x7 Carry-On Tractor supply trailer since I bought it new in 2012, probably have 10-12k miles on it, zero issues, but I also never carried anything too heavy on it until a few years ago, and it fit into my basement. The new trailer will need to be stored outdoors, until I build a garage, or some sort of shelter. I like the CAM Superline brand in the same size due to its powdercoated finish, and angular diamond plate fenders since those fenders are much stronger than rounded fenders. I have experience with utility trailers at work, but I do not have experience with Big Tex brand. I am not even sure the brand really matters. I know they have factory direct options out there as well amongst all sorts of brands, but not sure if trailers are generally rebranded, or not. Looking to haul about 1500-2,000 lbs generally. I am familiar with specs, etc, but curious as far as brands go. If you guys can provide experience, I’d appreciate it.

I always try something that I have not tried before.
  13. Thanks! Appreciate that! I was lurking, but needed a break from some of the nit pickin BS on the forum lately!
  14. Homemade Cheese & Parsley sausage with veggies.
  15. I only added about a tablespoon of butter to the pan. That’s a ceramic pan, so nothing sticks at all. Fresh ground smoked sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, granulated garlic, and onion. Quickies...
  16. Cynthia, if you bought from B&B, Nick(white haired older guy) is a great coach. He got me all setup, and is very patient, I highly recommend him.
  17. Definitely a difficult situation to be in for sure. Our family, had a central southern PA farm in the family for about 100 yrs, great grandpa, grandpa, etc etc lived there, my great uncle, never lived anywhere but that farm, other than for the wars he participated in. Long story short, we saved a load, or two of the siding boards. We made a collage of family farm photos to give to my grandpa, and I will be making a nice rustic kitchen table out of the siding boards, and placing glass overtop of it, to preserve it to set in my kitchen. We are trying to just make some memorable pieces from the barn, to keep it here in someway, shape, and form.
  18. Always disappointing to me when old barns are taken down. The history, and all those old weathered boards I love.
