  1. I have mixed feelings about AR’s, last year was a great year on my land in 3H. I did not harvest a big buck but I had some trail camera pictures of some real beasts. This year has been the complete opposite, I have not had any “Big” bucks on cam at all. So do they work, who knows. I would like to see more doe tags alongside them.   2. Been a good season for me so far, got a doe October 1 and a wide 7 two weeks ago. I actually got the coveted 3h doe tag this year so I’ll be back out this weekend. Trying to tag out for the first time ever Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Corning Experiment, so I decided I wanted to try Corning something and maybe making some pastrami. I’m starting out with a venison sirloin tip AKA the football and a beef heart.   6. As a trained chef I’m going to have to disagree here, browning the meat creates flavor. After it’s brown you need to use wine or beef brother and scrape the brown off the bottom of the pan and add to your cooking liquid. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  13. Well you said you wanted to channel your inner chef. I hit my buck the exact same way, the slightest quarter to. High and back arrow exited low and almost at the back leg. He went 10 -5 yards stopped, kicked and then ran. I waited two hours and found him within 70 yards. You got this Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
