Yes controlled temp and humidity. And old fridge can work great. Yes as mowin says you could do a brine and make pastrami. For a dry cure you would need a lot more time.... I’ve always wanted to do a venison dry cure but haven’t done it yet Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

So as some of you know I’m getting a new long range rifle. It’s coming time to pick out my optic and I’m having a hard time deciding between two. Do any of you have a opinion on the matter. In looking at the leupold vx3i lrp 8.5-25And the vortex pst gen 2. 5-25. Both in ffp and mil mil. I hear good and bad things about both but tend to respect the opinion of this community more than most. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Honestly you’re upset about it now, but truly you had a awesome season, you got into bow hunting, expanded the places you can hunt. Followed a target buck for weeks. Not only did you follow him on cameras, you managed to catch up with him, on your terms. Yes my friend you did not seal the deal. But so what you had a great season learned a lot, and had a stare down with your target buck on the ground. Pick your head up and realize you kicked ass my friend Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
