So as we have all discussed on here before we know there are certain towns throughout the state that are either hiring sharp shooters or using birth control to manage deer populations.... These towns more often than not have bans on hunting.... How do you guys feel about someone who owns land in one of these towns and is the proper distance away from structures and roads taking deer on their own land, in accordance with all other state and game laws.... Is this poaching and does this person deserve to be punished for these actions...... This is a conversation that I had with a friend the other day... He lives in a place like this and the only thing that truly prevents him from hunting his own property is a liberal towns no projectile law... So guys what would you do?

. Well if you start getting confrentational on this sight people bash you..... The last time I had issues with these people I posted here what I was going to do and got bashed....... Don't worry this guy will get his

. He is putting up a lot more than trail cams the are all full on survelene cams that send real time video to his phone.... The motion sensor alerts him when anything over a certain size is moving..... He can then choose to alert police or push a button that makes loud speakers come on In that area and make announcements

. I'm pretty sure it was the neighbor the tracks lead into his barn... Also since he moved in we have been having trouble with people riding across our lawn... My fiancé did yell at some people that we now believe to be his adult children a few weeks ago.. Any way I'm gone not my problem.....

. The property is being sold to a relative who is already a partner in the place and he knows all about it..... He is installing a full security system along the perimeter with cameras and other motion sensors

So I went to camp today to finish pulling all my ladder stands. Normally I wouldn't do this but the property is being sold and I need to store them at home so I can move them to the new camp in the spring. Any way upon arriving at the first stand I notice that that the straps that attach to the platform loop around the tree and then attach to the ladder have been cut they also cut the the string that attaches to the ladder brace.... Thinking maybe this was some freak of nature I take the stand down and head to my next one.... I notice atv tracks in the snow leading right to my stand... Strange since this stand is 150 yards from the nearest trail.... When I get up close I notice the stand is cut in the exact same places...we follow the tracks through the snow and they lead to one of the neighbors barns.... We decide to leave it alone and head for the ground blind.... We get there and the blind is intact but the trail cam in that spot is gone.... I'm now fuming mad and my buddy talks me down off the ledge because I was going to go do something stupid... Oh well at least we are out of there and will have a new spot for next year.

I have seen a ton of dead deer on the side of the roads the past few days and my friend said he saw two bucks dogging a doe yesterday

. You want to let me and a buddy come hunt your land we would be glad to help

Well what I did was quartered it at camp put the quarters in trash bags... Brought them home put them in the fridge.... Wrapped my patio table in plastic wrap set up cutting board got a bucket with a gallon of water and a TBL spoon of bleach brough out and broke down one quarter at a time and wiped up between quarters

All packed up except for the scraps that I'm going to make sausage out of.... And one front shoulder that I'm going to tie a roast out of.... If say it took me 3 working hours to get it all done.... Not bad at all and I had fun

Ok so over all it took me about an hour to get her quarters and in bag.... We did that part at camp and then drove straight home... She is now in my fridge... I have to go get some more food saver bags and I will finish up tonight.... I have done it from this point before so I'm guessing it should only take me about 1.5 to two hours...... I will say this I am never paying to have this done again.... The neck is a total loss because his 30-06 did a number on her at only 10 yards
