  1. I'm not sure a picture that "clean" could be pulled from a dash cam video?
  2. What an awesome deer! He gets an A for effort on that right brow tine.
  3. Good find whacker, that's bonkers.
  4. "Illegal In the woods for DEER" you've quoted me saying that a couple times now..
  5. Bud.. you can give cows salt/minerals or whatever. you can't put them out for deer is all I was getting at. The op mentioned his cattle had blocks AS WELL. He pulled the one that was intended for deer. It's done
  6. lol. I don't know the answer to the question you asked "What if they are in the same spot?" Do I know if its legal to shoot deer over a site meant for cattle or deer eating out of your silage, no. Is putting minerals out for deer illegal? yes.
  7. I've named a couple.. One in my profile pic's main beams wrap around and nearly touch, and smallish tines look kind of like a crown. His name is prince
  8. Legal for your cattle fields, illegal in the woods for deer
  9. awesome buck. Looks like he's trying to push out some junk on his bases. What the heck is he munchin on
  10. Not sure how to do a link - http://www.fieldandstream.com/blogs/whitetail-365/2012/01/why-food-plots-are-better-bait-deer-hunting
  11. Blind bale drills murder targets but are very helpful. Another close to the target drill if you ever go back to a wrist release : pick your spot on the target, keep aiming eyes open and have a buddy squeeeeze the trigger for you.. It should surprise you like shooting every time should
  12. I can't say for certain, but I'm pretty sure a food plot of clover, chicory, radish.. or the like, is healthier to deer and most likely beneficial to other wildlife more so than some powder or liquid that have god knows what in them.
  13. A big acorn year can make the following year drop early, stress or something
  14. I'm also curious. I had a trail camera near my stand that catches me leaving/entering. Camera was on 3 shot burst and showed a coyote following my exact path a minute or less after the pics of me one evening. maybe coincidence, path of least resistance and all. But did make me wonder.
  15. Mega buck there, best of luck with him! It's nuts how fast they grow bone this time of year.
  16. Okay the name of the thread isn't fair and wasn't thought out. I like this site and am not going anywhere. This ^^^^
  17. First time back to this site I read Doc's trophy deer topic and assumed everybody hated everybody still lol
  18. I've just returned to this forum after the little thing in my head said it's time to prepare for bow season. Was excited to see everyone getting prepped i.e early trail cam pics, food plot talks, new gear, new tactics, new goals and so on.. BUT I guess I've stumbled into a war zone. Can't we all get along?
  19. Woah! Okay, cams are going out this weekend !
  20. Saw a shooter running a doe @ 6:45. 10 minutes ago grunted in a spike who came on a string and made a rub 25 yards away. Very cool to see.
