    I carry a fixed blade every day when I’m up at my house paired with a folder or my wingman. The top left is a western 29 I’ve had since I was a kid. The second one is a Pakistan I got off Craigslist and is solid. The buck 102 gets worked a lot. I just picked up that wounded worries Swiss Army knife last week going to run it for a month or so.     I love my Leatherman wingman and use the heck out of it. Unfortunately it's to heavy to carry on my work uniform,so lately it's been one of my stockmen's.I carried a gerber paralite rose for a year but the blade kept coming loose.

    It wasn’t the gun it was the load. I’ve seen a few guns with that design, but never a 50 cal. https://serbu.com/rn-50/ I watched that video a few times today there where a few sign of pressure. The second to last shot even got stuck in the chamber.

    That's one lucky man rigth there. He said they where old military rounds,but i doubt that all of them where shooting hot.I'd like to know what brand saftey glasses he was wearing most likely they saved his eye.

    Same thing up north chocolate milk,but i'm not fishing just prospecting for later.Between yesterday and today i checked out a bunch of spots that are within an hour or so of my house.One strecth up in WELLS looks really good.

    I don’t think this rod was ever used it still has the plastic on the cork. The case is definitely new. Not bad for $70

    I got the reel you recommended,but couldn’t find the line in 4wt. I went with Orvis hydros trout line.

    Just picked up a 7'6" 4wt. cabela's stowaway it's a 5pc. super light and i got it on the cheap from Craigslist.Now to order a reel and line.I can't believe how expensive the line is WOW!!!! I always bought the complete set-up[rod,reel&line] It seems Cabela's is out of stock everytime i need something.No wonder i have a ton of cabela bucks.

    If it's a bleach smell you can wipe it down with white vinegar and rinse. It looks good!!

    Yes it seems to me anyway that the combo's are the way to go.That's why i was looking at the double L outfit Double L Fly Rod Outfits, 3-4 wt. (llbean.com).My current set-up is a two piece i want a small set-up to hook to my backpack on the way in most of the streams/creeks are small with brook trout.

    I bought a slug barrel for mine it was so in accurate i wound up dumping the barrel.I have 1 3.5" shell left from the day i bought the gun 25-30 years ago.I put the 3.5" shell in for the first shot then the 3" shells behind for a follow up if needed.After that last shell is gone i'm sticking with the 3" shells.Great gun for sure!!!!
