Rifles aren't the problem. The length of the gun season is. My 20 gauge can poke out to 250 yards. Not many places in the state I can shoot that distance besides power lines. Look at Ohio. One buck and your done. Pretty simple. There season starts in sept and goes till feb. reducing the total season would be terrible but making hunters think more about wether they want to tag out is brilliant! Saw 7 does today without any bucks and then I saw a small short tine ten grunting continuously round 730 am. But he was a 2.5. Not sure where or what the mature ones are doing! Louse flies. If its warm in thick areas the fly on you drop their wings and look for a warm place to burrow. Nasty things. Not as bad as ticks but fly all over. Very fragile though. One tap and they are dead! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Looks like gusting winds close to 30 mph all weekend . Son a monkeys ass. Weather .com says low winds. AccuWeather is saying it's gonna blow. Today it was whipping and still is.
