  1. I don't. But if you're going to go by one Ph.D.'s claim over a bunch of others then that's your choice. In the end, neither of us will really know.
  2. http://www.wired.com/wiredscience/2009/05/ribonucleotides/ Disproves oxidation breaks down organic matter faster than it can form. Here, through evaporation and condesation, scientist create RNA (the fundation of DNA) using chemicals that they evaporated and then condensed.
  3. Problem with Dr. John Morris claim is that oxidation breaks down faster than organic matter can form is false. Miler Urey's experiement was conducted in water where oxygen is low. Secondly, not all living creatures need oxygen. Some bacteria grows without oxygen.
  4. They basically built off the Miller-Urey experiment. In the Miller-Urey experiement, when all conditions are ideal, nature will start building amino acids (the building blocks of micro-organisms) naturally. Where Miller-Urey fell short was they couldn't give it life. In other words, Miller-Urey proved that nature will build Frankenstein by itself. The new experiement basically just build Frankenstein on their own and then gave it the electrical jolt to bring it to life. Basically, Miller-Urey made wheat into flour. The new experiment baked a cake using store bought flour. They skipped the making flour out or wheat part since Miller-Urey already proved it.
  5. Sorry to break it to you but scientist knew how to create life out of nothing years ago and recently succeeded. http://www.time.com/time/health/article/0,8599,1990836,00.html But then it all comes down to what you want to believe.
  6. I would not be surprised. PA is desperate right now. They are hurting financially and would do anything to give their employment rate and economy a boost.
  7. "That's what she said..."
  8. That's it grow. You and I are going karaoking together. We'll sing "Total Eclipse of the Heart". I'm be the guy in the background singing "turn around..."
  9. I was a cigarette smoker for 9 years but quit 7 years ago. Now I smoke hookah here and there. I decided to try pipe smoking because I don't like having to setup a hookah every time or paying $20 to go to a hookah bar. Not liking the pipe smoking. Can't get a consistent burn. Unless I'm not doing it right. It seems I have to light it every time I want a drag.
  10. I had a tough time deciding between the GoPro and the Contour ROAM. I went with Contour instead because I won't be wearing a helmet and didn't want this antenna looking device sticking out of my forehead. The Contour picture quality isn't as great as the GoPro but I think it's more comfortable to wear. Unfortunately they haven't made a hunting mount that fits my needs. They have a picatanny mount but the only rifle i have that has a side picatanny rail is my 17HMR.
  11. Classical Music, Opera, Classical Fusion Classic Rock Rock, Alternative, Hard Rock House, Club, Dance, Trance Jazz, Blue Funk Motown R&B, Soul Reggae Hip Hop, Hard Core Rap, Old School Rap World/Cultural Music Merengue, Bachata, Reggaeton Pop, Adult Contemporary, 80's Folk Country/Pop Fusion My last 3 concerts are The Cure, Don Omar, and Sarah Brightman (order tickets in the Spring for a show coming up this September). Hmmm...why don't I just list what I don't listen to. Straight up country and hard core heavy metal.
  12. That's why I wanted to clarify on the 7 round limit rule. If I can still purchase a semi-auto pistol that can accept more than 7 rounds in the future. What you guys are telling, looks like I still can.
  13. I want to get a semi-auto. If I'm completely limited to a revolver then there's no point in me getting a CC.
  14. For financial reasons, I won't be able to get a CC right away but will do so once the oppurtunity comes up. With the long process that it takes, I won't be able to purchase any time within the next year or so.
  15. Too late. Obama can't run a third term. But if you're going up against Coumo, then you would automatically get my vote.
  16. So if I decide to get a CC after April 14th, I can still buy a Glock but I just can't load more than 7 rounds into their 15 round mags?
  17. Dude...if I don't eat meat, I'd die within the first 36 hours. Forget a whole month.
  18. Clarification, please. So this 7 round limit also applies to handguns as well, right or does it not? Was at Gander the other day. Gander has a big sign over their one remaining AR-15 and the sign read "This AR is FAKE. Not for sale" But saw a bunch of handguns for sale. Many of which uses magazines with over 7 round capacity. Heck, even some 22 revolvers hold more than 7 rounds in their cylinder.
  19. I agree. Maybe more promotional then anything else. I mean it's great that they're doing this, don't get me wrong but a company like Cheaper Than Dirt...did ever even have a government contract to begin with? It's easy to say you're going to sacrifice your sales when your sales was at zero to begin with.
  20. We all know less than 75% of eligible voters actually vote. If we can get every single hunter and gun owner to get out there and actually cast a vote, he'll lose easily.
  21. Seriously! Obama's approval rating was really low. Any average joe would have beat him in the elections. All the republicans had to do was produce an average joe and instead they produced Romney?!?
  22. I was under the assumption you were talking about DSLR cameras as well. Which I know a bit of. I don't shoot video with them though. Don't know what you are referring to when you say "homemade tracks".
  23. I have a Blackhawk model on my Mossberg 500. It has a recoil reduction system in it and I like the fact that I can adjust the length of pull. I typically use a shorter length of pull on my shotgun because it gives me better maneuverbility for faster acquisition shots.
