    I've got a marlin 30-30. It's the only gun I've never got a deer with. I went a shot it last night and I'm all over the place at 100 yards. All with in the target. But either high,low,left,righ. Each shot isn't the same. Gun was in a vise. Very frustrating, guess I need a new scope

    Base layers are long John's, followed by cabelas woolimate, then cabelas woolimate jacketand pants. Never get cold. But get overheated if you gotta walk to far

    Got it done. Hit the liver. But we finally caught up to him. And it's our first time our baby got his hands on a deer. Hopefully many more for him.

    I just shot a big buck. Clean pass thru. Not much blood. He bedded down 2 times within 50 yards of the shoot. I kicked him up.

    Agreed. I was shooting a 30.06 and 308. Unfortunately I only have access to hunting in hard woods. That's why I figure 100 yards. I'd love to shoot farther

    Yeah it's not bad, still will be a kill shot. Would rather be on since I don't see myself having to shoot over a 100

    Now that the rain has stopped for the evening finally got out to sight the rifles in. 2" high at 100 yards. Wish I was closer. But hopefully I'll get out again
