    It's kinda like a Scottish Fortune cookie, If your interested, I'll post up the ingredients. The batter, mix is tied up in ( clootie ) a piece of cloth, then boiled for 4 hours, it gets a real nice skin on it, I like it fried in butter in a pan. It's a dessert, breakfast type of thing, some would put custard on it

    This is my wife's first try at a Clootie dumpling, my parents and grand parent are the only other people that I know that ever made it, kinda awesome

    I had one, WOW, I think it was from drinking monsters, they went up in there to get but, somehow I must have worked it out.

    I know this is kinda un American of me but, I stopped drinking beer over a year ago to try to lose weight , so tonight I tasted my wife's 21st Amendment Blood Orange IPA, WOW was that nice, even smelled good
