Vaccination

Youre missing my point- i'm talking about his ability to transmit to others, which is very clear that he could, despite his status as being vaxxed. -

Doesn't matter Vinny- my point is that despite being vaxxed, he still was a vector for transmission. There are ALOT of people who were aymptomatic walking around prior to tha vax that spread it , unbeknownst to them and others and now, post vax, the same situation persists. Just because your're vaxxed doesnt mean you cant give to others- remember that. -

Considering that Colin Powell passed away from COVID , yet was fully vaxxed, isn’t it clear that vaxxed people can not only still develop full blown COVID ( for Virgil , lol) but also , be vectors for transmission? Enough of the public shaming of Individuals who exercise their right to assert their individual freedoms and make their own personal choices as to what chemicals are introduced into their bodies , I say !! -

Awesome riposte -
Wait : I’m not following you . Are you saying the return rubs on opposite sides will likely be on OTHER trees in the line somewhere ? If so , I will. Have to look for that when I go back
-
Looks to me like that rubbing line is along a bench ; my guess is that he’s coming up from the bottom to either bed or feed . The area below and to the right has a major downslope into a creek bottom and is quite remote . I’m thinking that’s probably his bedding area / sanctuary . Up and to the left is the road and some houses- they usually come up into yards in the late afternoon/ early evening , right ? I need to stick a trail cam along the rubline to get a look at him and figure out patterns. Also , straight south is another road and a big piece of property w house and field ; considering this , could have it completely backwards and he’s actually going down there to feed/ hang out . To me , This is one of the Most interesting aspects of hunting - trying to solve the puzzle the deer present to us!!
-
This is a pic of the rub line on HuntStand . I just can’t imagine where they’re feeding unless they’re heading north to the road at night and then go back down southeast to the lower ground to bed
-
Yes , that makes sense, thanks guys . So do they tend to rub more when going to bed or going to eat Would you say ?
-
Gentleman , went out scouting yesterday to get her intel for the impending season and discovered I nice little run line about 300 yds from the road . The topography is relatively flat , but with a slight downward slope on sort of an edge line , where it’s relatively open abutting some thicker cover . The line runs almost exactly N/ S along this edge : what I’m not understanding is , why is he rubbing here ? I don’t see any major food sources around the rub line anywhere and I though they tended to rub near a food source . Isn’t that generally true or no ?

Agreed. Someone who posts on this thread regularly appears to express such a sentiment IMHO and it is repugnant. -

How has the US become so divided?
Northcountryman replied to Grouse's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
According to you anyway- I disagree. I think you should take a look at your own post history before you judge others. I understand what youre saying; Grouse is VERY conservative , for sure, but in my view , he has polished his delivery and has gotten much better at staying on message. -

Not offended at all, just calling it the way I see it, same as you are. You're contradicting yourself- you said that you "liked his post alot", so, even if you disagree with his political positions-and the majority of his posts - why cant you just say that? I fail to see the utility in your derisive response is all I'm saying. I disagree politically with nearly everything that GC, VH and Leftfield post, but when they post something that I like, I acknowledge it with the "like" icon. If you mean what you originally said, I'm suggesting that perhaps you could have done the same. In summary, I think You're missing the point being that your derisive reply further validated his original premise. -

If what you say is true, then why not just say so, rather than deing derisive AND DIVISIVE yourself? -

A positive message , nevertheless - inspiring too. Youre negative reply exemplifies divisiveness, the spirit of which continues to undermine any progression towards achievement of greater unity. -

That’s wildly inaccurate IMHO. -
Yeah? Whats it about?

Just imagine the outcry if , instead of Elder, it had been a black liberal who had been attacked by a white , gorilla mask wearing conservative - we’d never hear the end of it !! Video of the incident would be rolling incessantly , 24/7 on all major networks !! From what I understand , CNN / MSNBC and the others haven’t covered it at all : Surprise !!! Lol

Thats not true- try sprinting with one on. I agree that its effect on gas exchanges is negligible when not engaging in rigorous physical activity but if you are, it certainly does. -
