Agreed with all the above, but one of if not the most important things to do is add a witness mark to your ram rod to assure your load / charge is seated properly every time . Keep in mind you'll need to swab the barrel after each shot unless using BH209 powder . T7 will give you a crud ring and make it very hard to load continuous shots when sighting in with out cleaning the barrel. Pyrodex will be the same but if much more corrosive. Clean it up good after a day of sighting in.

Lastly make a witness mark on your ram rod to be sure the bullet is seated on the powder properly everytime. . Enjoy it looks great .

I'm a chevy guy,but man they always have issues with rocker panels. They actually made a 3/4 ton avalanche with the big block 8.1 litre. Looks clean from photos,best of luck and enjoy it .

I use a crush rib sabots by harvester for xtp,sst,ftx,and speer deep curls . The crush rib works especially good in tight bores sized .499 to .502.

They work good in a muzzleloader just dont push them to fast. I like the FTX bullets slightly better but still a fine choice .

Cleaning in-between shots I like a 50/50 windex water mixture then follow with a few dry patches. Butches bore cleaner and Montana extreme products used when going into storage .

Guys these days are shooting 250yards plus with muzzleloaders especially with some high ballistic coefficients. Today's in line isn't like the muzzleloaders of years past

Good bullets are hard to come by, have you tried hornady 300gr xtp In stock https://www.midsouthshooterssupply.com/item/0000345235/45-caliber-point452-diameter-300-grain-xtp-mag-with-cannelure-50-count That bullet had probably killed more game then any other bullet being made. Big fan myself will work just fine in that crush rib sabot .
