  1. Do you have any proof to back that up? Biz ,I'd have your father go to a local shop and shoulder some up then choose the one he likes and fits him the best. Muzzloader.com is a good place to get from, I've spoken to the owners a time or two. As stated no ffl needed. Keep me posted. Steve
  2. I said 300+, but it states it right in your manual, do not use , same for the rest of their line up. My point, all the other manufacturers let you shoot the heavier bullets if you so choose. To me that tells you how their barrels are built . Will a CVA shoot accurately yes, will I buy one no . I'm just offering my thoughts to Biz and his dad
  3. Does CVA still say to not use 300GR + bullets in sabots and no conical over 400grains?
  4. I haven't read a post yet where anyone has been bent.
  5. Or a traditions...... The Remington ML has been getting some positive reviews as of late too . If you can find a savage ml-ll it would be a great gun
  6. Yes he can, take a look at knight or TC, you want nice look at a Cooper. If it were me I'd buy a used White. You won't find a muzzloader today that can compare to a White as far as accuracy and ease of use.
  7. I haven't tried them, many mixed reviews on line. Do they shoot accurately in you gun ?
  8. Well before cell phones it was a whistle to whomever in the family was close by, since cell phones it's been my dad,I'm not sure who gets more excited him or I.
  9. That's why I said depth matters
  10. I was talking about the shell , would it be black or camo Steve
  11. I just got a hot deal on a Weber Genesis II E-310, my last brinkman grill got blown away twice before the final third time destroyed it . I am hoping I can anchor this one down or use sand bags to hold it in place ... The wind in the yard is brutal when it kicks up.
  12. Are they a black or camo pattern phade. Steve
  13. Back to the topic... Will that cam work on any cell plan, or does it need to be a specific one ..
  14. What ever you shoot don't use a power belt, I'd still look into using bull shops or no excuses bullets, nothing like a big chunk of lead to harvest a deer
  15. 1 in 48 is a compromise twist, supposedly to handle both patched roundballs and conicals . The groove depth shallow or deep matters to. I'm betting it will shoot conicals better then prb!!! don't rule out sabots unless your wanting to keep it traditional. Steve
  16. What's the twist of it, if conicals shoot good check out no excuses or bull shops, hard to beat either as far as price or quality. I prefer bull shops by a nose .

    Ah,the three wise men .....
  18. Phade, sounds good.I forgot if I asked, but how does 3g or 4g work on a cell cam. I understand with phones it's faster for cruising the web, but does it matter for text messages. Thanks Steve

    new bill

Redneck, start a thread with people who are in favor of it or don't have an issue with the safe act. I started this one to post a bill against it, and those against can chime in. One last question for you , do you feel it's hindered your second amendment rights ?

    new bill

Uptown redneck must be trying to buy an AR, then register is hand guns , then on his way home buy ammo from a local box store instead of ordering it on line .
