The news report yesterday mention that Cuomo would be open to legalization of smoking marijuana. This is truly a Democrat/Liberal value. Legalization is popular with: 1. The mentally ill addicts who need this dope to be intoxicated to handle life. 2. The brainwashed who think dope smokers should not be criminalized. 3. The other brainwashed who see it as a great way to create tax revenue, but after the government has to use that money for the accidents dope smokers cause and their mental psychosis requiring more welfare since they will not work their will not be much money left. Please, no stupid and vulgar remarks from supporters of and users of dope. I really am not interested in your frail mental condition and inability to handle life NOT intoxicated. That is your problem, not mine.. I don't care!

Vote tomorrow. Many have sacrificed for your right to vote in this great country. Make America great with a vote for less government interference, less taxes, better security, harsher punishment for violent sociopaths, a real war on drugs , welfare reform that only cares for only the real needy and a real solution to gun violence with more problem solving and less useless gun control.

On pages 18 – 19 of the November 2, 2018 edition of the New York Outdoor News, the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association published the gun rights support ratings of candidates. This information clarifies the fact that the majority of Democrats are not supportive of gun ownership. This validates the hypocrisy of the Democratic platform. The Democratic platform includes their phony support of diversity and tolerance since it does not include their support of law abiding gun owners. Sadly the Democratic platform includes the belief that gun control equals gun violence control. Apparently they desire to spread their ignorance by NOT responsibly addressing the true root causes of gun violence. In lieu of not addressing the link to gun violence by illegal drugs, mental health and the welfare system, Democrats support more useless gun control.

I did not read the article because I do not want to hear a word out of the mouth of Hillary “What Benghazi Massacre” Clinton. The left has a well documented track record in recent years of the violent civil disobedience. Leftist groups like ANTIFA, Black Lives Matters, Code Pink and other radical groups committing and/or supporting violence are proof of these violent crazies. Obamas friend Bill Ayres of the Weather Underground is an unrepentant domestic terrorist. Obama insulted the military with his release of the traitor Bove Beghdahl. So the eight years of Obama embolden the radicals who are now in mental breakdown with President Trump in office. The lefts political support group the Democrats showed what low life scum they were during Judge Kavanaughs hearing. They sided with Dr. Ford who made unproven statements of how Judge Kavanaugh was a sexual predator regardless the hurt and embarrassment of such lies in front of Kavanaughs wife and daughters. Apparently the Democrats hate women by causing trauma to those Kavanaugh females.

It was reported on this evenings news that there are Democrats who will seek impeachment of Judge Kavanaugh if they gain control of Congress. Impeach Kavanaugh for what? Being innocent? Falsely slandering him in front of his wife and daughters that he was a violent woman hater? This lunacy is hinging on some sort of drive towards civil war. The left is full of crazies with nothing better to do since they apparently have time to protest and not work to feed themselves. I have not seen such hate filled people. The same people who saw Mike Brown as a nice young man who was a victim of police brutality! Brown was a low life violent thug. On the day he was justifiably killed he committed robbery, assaulted a store staff member, assaulted a police officer and then tried to take the officers service weapon from him. And the left rioted and cried over this thug? Obama, king of the left sent a delegation to the funeral of this thug?

The FBI investigates Hillary Clinton and finds her guilty, but the left says she is innocent. The FBI investigates Judge Kavanaugh and finds him innocent, but the left says he is guilty. Sadly, this further validates the fact that America has a mental illness epidemic.

The Second Amendment is very clear in that it states "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed". It s important to point out the Second Amendment uses the word "people" to convey who has the right to keep and bear arms. The the authors intended not to restrict firearm ownership to only special groups or classes of people, so they used the word "people" to convey the right to all. That is not to say that the right to firearm ownership cannot be restricted or prohibited to those who are violent criminals or mentally incapable of safely using a firearm to ensure public safety. Sadly anti-gun politicians have enacted many useless laws like the SAFE Act that only serve to restrict or prohibit access to firearms by law abiding citizens. Sadly their are justices who are anti-gun or incompetent in the English language. Just look at the Heller case as proof.

Shame on all those who voted against Judge Kavanaugh. They are a disgrace to the justice system of laying guilt on an innocent person. New York's senators need to be voted out. Both are disgraceful members of the blind mob rule mentality continuing their attack on an innocent man. Both these senators had no problem with Hillary Clinton's proven crime of transmitting classified information. Judge Kavanaugh was investigated SIX times by the FBI as he moved up the judicial ladder. All SIX found nothing. That seventh and unnecessary investigation based on Dr. Fords 35 year old amnesic accusation was a waste of tax payers money that proved he was innocent. Congratulations Judge Kavanaugh on your appointment. Please protect our Constitution. The evil doers lost this time, but as we speak they are dreaming up more destruction to America.

On another note, talk about tax evasion in New York State that Cuomo needs to go after is Sheldon Silver. When Bill Clinton ran for president, being a draft dodger became acceptable. Well apparently not for non-democrats. This morning I watched Norah O’Donnell interview some author of another book that criticizes President Trump. O’Donnell pointed out to the author that Trump was a draft dodger. So how is that relevant Norah? She should be aware that many politicians were draft dodgers and there were those who never served like Obama regardless of a “draft”? Apparently the liberal media uses the act of draft dodging when it fits their agenda. to somehow paint someone as un-American or unpatriotic. Now I am confused about liberals who supported the communist takeover of Vietnam. During the Vietnam War those who resisted serving in the military were heroes, while those of us who served were “baby killers”. So should not the liberals love Trump for not serving?

Governor Andrew Cuomo was quoted as saying that Judge Brett Kavanaugh should take a polygraph. Funny how Cuomo did not include the women accusing Kavanaugh of crime of needing to take a polygraph. Cuomo should take a polygraph himself!

Obama was and remains a joke who was elected by low information Americans. Every time I saw Obama parading around in his commander in chief leather jacket like he was General Patton was reason enough to vomit. President Trump is a complete 180 degrees of Obama and the liberals cannot stop with the vile hate speech and anarchist calls for impeachment.

These signs are 100% effective in keeping law abiding gun owners off the property. Unfortunately the gun control addicts have yet to figure out why they do not stop violent gun using criminals. So if someone had a firearm on their property for self defense and posted one of these stupid signs and they shot a violent criminal in self defense then would the use of that stupid sign be considered "baiting"?
