Lever action 45 colt or 9mm or 45acp carbine for bear ?
Hunter007 replied to Hunter007's topic in General Chit Chat
You are bringing it only for last ditch effort and want something light and compact with better proformance then handgun . Let's say a emergency get out of Dodge in a hurry or something like a end of the world type scenario. And that's all you got to choose from. -

That guys painting prints prices are all over the place from 300 to 25k . But usually if someone going to buy over say $300 there going to buy from a gallery or direct from the artist. Selling yourself will get you flea market price much lower . Just the way it is . -

Put it on ebay or better yet just keep it and give it to your kids in 100 years it will be worth 10,000 . -
One shot from either not enough more then likely empty out the mag of all 10 rounds I think you got good chance of not being dead before the bear with either but I think the 45 with the right ammo would be a little more effective.

45 definitely

Hypothetical question, you only have 2 guns one is 45 acp and the other is a 9mm And you are hiking in bear country which one do you bring?
