  1. Just the half a gallon of soda we drink every day probably has more calories then what they had to eat 100 years ago not to mention all the other crap that is now common in most foods we eat today .
  2. Yes they work what happens is once you loose the weight you forget about it you forget to do what you did in the first place to loose that weight and little by little over time you gain it back you dont even notice then one day the pants or shirt you put on feels like it shrunk in the washing machine and, You get on the scale and the 20 ib you lost is back .
  3. Yea and I guess that is why you are great at primitive archery you definitely got the cave man Gene
  4. That's also gentic your brain your body is not wired to lose weight, trying not to eat when the food is all over the place cheap and available. Is like telling a someone to stop doing heroin once they're hooked . Except your born addicted to wanting to eat food and not wanting to lose weight. What complicates things even more is modern food is full of sugar and carbs that people have a problem to digest and it all becomes fat much more easily then the things humans use to eat thousands of years ago .
  5. Actually it is more complicated then that a lot of how heavy you can become is genetic , and environmental. Plenty of studies out that show this . 10,000 years ago when everyone had to catch there own food and food was less full of crap in it those genetics were not a problem they actually were helpful. See some super skinny looking guy walking around today more then likely he would have starved to death 10,000 years ago .
  6. I think Atkins type low carb diets work the best . Not lots of people that lost a ton of weight doing those .
  7. I got one that turns into a circle you first trist it into a figure 8 then fold it . After you practice a few times it gets easy. At first it can be a pain .
  8. https://www.google.com/amp/s/articles.pennlive.com/news/2016/02/genetic_disease_is_ravaging_la.amp You can read about it here Genetic disease is ravaging Lancaster County's Amish,

  12. Of course there nasty think about it if you spent you life sleeping in the sewer eating garbage you be pissed off to .
  13. Noticed this video all about the 45 70 marlin lever guns the good and the bad very educational .
  14. foreign Aid is given every year trump only needs a one time payment of 4 or 5 billion to finish the wall Its pocket change to the government. Take it out of the foreign aid they give to south America probably equals 5 billion a year .
  15. Looks like the oak board that you see at any home depot the more I look at it the more I think that is what it is
