I have no idea but when you here storys about 400 plus deer with no verification It starts to go into the realm of Bigfoot storys Or maybe not Wikipedia Says this Minnesota and Ontario. What's even more disturbing it's not the first time I have seen him on there doing this and even more disturbing I seen him on there with teachers and high school students probably not even old enough to vote talking down about NRA and Republicans. Channel surfing the other day and saw the Democrat mayor of my town talking down about trumps illegal immigration policy and gun rights .Then telling people to vote against Republicans . Question are they a loud to do that on a local public school tv station funded by tax money ? This guy is the mayor. Well I stopped tree stand hunting over 10 years ago as I got older I decided not worth the risk of a fall . But I can tell you I have had doe walk under my stand and stop right under me on a stand that was only 11 /12 feet off the ground. In all the old books and hunter safety course years ago that is all they recommended you hunt at . Of course now for some reason you got guys that will go 20 30 40 feet even for some reason . .

Dont know what happen but the jury found him innocent. Means what you saw from the media was probably wrong . Not the first time .

With out a dought your right being armed will make you take more risk and in some people act like d _icks But legally with the way they wrote that law it says if you have a reason to fear for your life. you can pull the trigger and you know especially a good lawyer is going to easily turn it around and convince a jury of that when the guy he shot took the first punch as shown on video and if he had a checkered past . Remember in criminal law ( its Beyond A Reasonable Doubt) or you have to let them walk . If it turns out the guy was a saint different story then he is going to jail . That's why at first cops did not bother charging him they no the way the law works better then anyone. All the guy has to do is have a good excuse for the lawyer to work with and more then likely he will get off . Even if morally we all know its bs to shoot someone over a parking spot .

(Your right except ) but if said guy has a criminal record and you he put a hole in him after he knocked him on his ass because he feared for his life and thought maybe he was going for a weapon when it Goes to court that is what the guy is going to say right or wrong and if it comes out that that guy he shot had a checkered pass don't be surprised if he gets off all I'm saying . And almost guaranteed someone like that who just knocked a guy on his ass for just arguing at his girlfriend almost guaranteed has a criminal record .

Same with the other guy Both of those are bad examples of that law I think . But if that guy had a criminal record he may get off , I would not be surprised.

RiP John Macain. Was looking on comments on YouTube seems like he had a checkered past. But you got to respect a guy that fought for his country and did not let himself be used as a propaganda tool by the enemy. Other stuff he did in his life not so kosher unfortunately.
