I think it's a combination of things like realistic video games. Less land access just the flood of different hobbies, internet digital world . The fact that most people really don't need to hunt for there food anymore or dont want to unless forced . And of course pop culture the media does not look at hunting as something good or fun for the most part .

When I get it, depending on how accurate I can shot with just a beed I may mount some rifle iron sites on it, or mount a little red dot . Not sure exactly until I get the thing in and try it out at the range . if I can, shoot slugs well out of it with just a beed I will leave it stock, will see what happens

For the longest time I always wanted light weight carbine length take down backpacking gun that could be used for both big and small game hunting . If I can get decent accuracy with a slug out of it . This maybe used more then all my expensive firearms. And for the money you cant go wrong .

Yep i figured as much dont care that is what i use in my other shotguns of course there all 8 plus pounds . I will get a better recoil pad for it if it really bothers me that is all . Btw they are going to come out with bunch of centerfire barrels for it . A plus for the price I have to get one even if I dont use it much .

What about the Hydro Static Shock of a .30 cal bullet going through the body ? Isn't that going to do more tissue damage then a smaller bullet ? Because both are going past the speed of sound.
