wdswtr Posted July 2, 2012 Share Posted July 2, 2012 (edited) WNYBuckhunter is correct. Ages 12-16 must be supervised. Ages under 12 it is illegal in NY to posses a firearm supervised or not. Its sad that is for sure. This only happened a few years ago if Im not mistaken. There was a big deal about it in our local paper.
