Just finished dialing in the new optics.  Stoeger m3500 turkey with a Leupold Deltapoint pro, on a sumtoy custom mount.  Kicks Gobbling Thunder choke.

Shoots the 3" #4 ok at 40.  I have 2 rounds of 3 1/2 #5 left.  8 rounds of the federal tungsten 3 1/2", which shoots very nice.  

I'll take a shot with it at 20, and 50 after I strip and clean her!

My 3 favorite Turkey Takers..

#1 .. Stevens 301 20ga.. w/ Indian Creek .555 with Burris FF3 optic shooting a 1-5/8oz handload of tungsten 8s

#2 .. Rossi Tuffy 410 w/ Indian creek .385, Burris ff3 optic, 15/16oz Handload of tungsten 8s (pic is 35 yards)

#3 .. ATI O/U 28ga w/ Indian Creek .525 top, Full choke Bottom, fixed sight, Shooting 1.5oz of Cherry Bomb tss 8s. 

Some hate TSS, its expensive, not needed, defeats the purpose... blah blah.. So is a 50cal ML and or a 308/30-06 for whitetail.. 

Its fun to tinker and make all my own Turkey hunting ammo, and make it custom to each gun.
