Watched a tom breed 4 hens last week.

Photos suck, probably 150+ yards out.  Through binos, I watched the same tom breed 4 hens. There were 3 other toms and a few jake's and around 14 hens.

Over what time period?

Watched them for around a hr. I've hunted this property for over 30 yrs, and have never seen them in this little field this time of yr. I've seen them in this field every other morning for the last 10 days.

I’ve got a few of them black blobs floating around a cut corn field around the corner. Got my blood pumping for sure!

I'm not so young... getting difficult to get up and chase these critters. It's the excitement the new or first timers that get me excited and not ignor the alarm clock.
