ok, sorry for the delay in those extra pictures I promised a couple days ago. That whole "work" thing reared its ugly head! So, ok, it doesn't look like I can post an image in an existing thread?? I don't see any options to do so. Am I missing something?

yeah, I wouldn't shoot him, but teh "brown and down" people around me would without batting an eye. He is a young buck (not like 2.5 young, but he is not older than 4.5). I think he could be a dandy if he makes it another year or two. I can only do my job and let him walk....then pray. I have this one on my list for this year:

It is difficult to be sure but you do realize those two deer could likely be the same age..right?

Could be. But I could let a 120" 8 Point walk and grow. I am not sure if i could let a 150" + 11 point walk and grow (I am not hunting the midwest here). That is a big buck!

His g3 has a kicker started too. Great buck for sure. Do you have any pics of him after that one?

I have a couple pictures of him just a few weeks later. Nothing recent. I take my cameras down by the mid to end of August so I don't take any chances with spookiing the deer. Yes, that kicker did grow out a bit more. he also grew a smaller one on the other side. He is almost a completely symetrical 12 point. He's a neat buck!

ok, scrap that last comment. I swear I saw a kicker on his other side, but it must have been the same one. here is a picture a couple weeks later. Just an 11 point.

We all have our limits.. I've reached mine.. I'd shoot this buck without a second thought.

You have pretty sweet deer, I'm far from brown its down but I wouldn't pass up either. I don't live in South Texas
