Boning Your Deer

I saw this on another site and thought it would a good one to pass on. It is well worth 8 minutes of your time if you do cut your own deer or would like to start doing your own.

You certainly don't need to work as fast as this guy but should be able to get 'er done in 20 minutes or so......<grin>
