I believe you have to buy and install tapatalk in order to do so.

If you are using the mobile version of this site go to the bottom left corner of the screen and touch the "use full version" button. You will then be able to upload pictures.

You can also use the photobucket app to upload the pics there, then copy and paste the IMG link to the forum. Thats what I do.
