Looking for a cabin f/s

Im looking to buy a cabin in the southern tier with some land. It would be great if it was boardering state land. If anyone knows of anything that would be great.

Keep in mind there are 2 banks in wny that do land contracts on vacant land. bank of holland and bank of evans easier to get if you money is with them of course . 15 year higher rate than a morgage but can be rolled into one if you build on land.

150 acres woods ..creek waterfalls and open scenic and private...Henty Reality...Personally.... I'd have some one else look into it...search for owners...find when listing ends and deal with owners...All ways ends in a better price...Ya I know not very nice..but $$ is $$

No cabin though....If it's in the right place GREAT HUNTING in that general area

Cattaragus county auction is in may they usually auction off hundreds or parcels of land each may some with just land or some with houses and cabins and they go at reasonable prices
