Not a new concept..... Fiat did it in the early 70's, they offered a muzzle loader with any new fiat.

Im not sure what you are referring to Belo, did you open the 3 links? Joe posted an article from guns.com in the 2 Boston marathon threads, and then this completely different article from the same site in this thread. While posting the same link in 2 threads isnt the ideal thing to do, its far from spamming.
