Can any one age this buck and would you shoot him

on our farm during gun season prob not since i have several six points bigger than him running around... on one of the other places i hunt or during bow i DEFF would think about taking him (during bow if he walked by i would shoot period)

It will all come out when you have a chance to draw that Bow or pull that trigger if it is front of you,Your choice.

I have let one in peticular walk from when it was a 5" spike at 1year plus, at 2-1/2 to 3 he was a very tempting 6 and at 4 he was a nice 8 still let him walk the following year he was a very nice 10,still had a chance but did not have it in my heart to do it. Every year just before and in the beginning of archery season he would bed in the same area. During gun season he was in hideing.I do not regret letting him walk every year.Sure would have made a nice trophey for someone if they got him last year.

Looks like a 1 year old. It's personal preference whether you shoot him or let him walk. Is he the only buck you have on cam? If he's not, is he the biggest? I personally would pass, but I have numerous bucks on camera to choose from. Your call bud.

Shoot what you like if it makes you happy, life is way too short to worry what others have to say. The whole hunting experience with loved ones is what should matter, its those memories that we hold on to, not the size of a bucks rack.

1 1/2.  I wouldn't shoot him but you are more than welcome too!  Plenty of the guys I know that hunt would!
