Has anyone who was denied a permit when purchasing a license been sent one yet in the units  that were under-applied for?  The DEC said last week that they would start sending them within the week to random people that were denied originally.  Just wondering because I was denied the first time and am still hoping that I might get a nice surprise in the mail!

Please explain how that works.  I Paid the 10 bucks extra and received One permit.  are you saying I may be eligible for more if I go to Dicks where I purchased the Permit from.

Yep, for the WMUs that have more available. Not all do, thees a list on the site somewhere.

The gtuy in front of ne was denied and did NOT recieve one. He was there to get his. Walmart in Henrietta started selling them at 12:01 this morning and they said the line was out the front door. about 12 people were there when I got there at 7 am...and it locked up half way through my selection......an hour later I left...lol

you do NOT have to go where you bought you license- any license agent can do it...just need you drivers license

I got two for 8H too...and the clown in line I got into a disagreement with....but that will be for another topic...lol. I would have loved to see the array of folks in the line at midnight

i didnt go get mine for 8w

quick question, i have 1 for 1c and 1 for 8w already. would i be able to get another for 8w? or is it only if you got turned down for your second dmp try?

I got 2 for 8h the first time around and 2 on the 1st. So no, its not just if you got denied the 1st time. Well, for some it is, but not the ones offered in the stores. 8w is not on the list though.
