I actually hit ctrl F5 shift F5 did nothing.

I actually hit ctrl F5 shift F5 did nothing.

 

I dont use IE, so I was guessing.  Glad its fixed.  What clearing the cache did was nuke the old stuff and redownload the site files. So whatever fix I applied seemed to have worked, woot.
